Staff at the check in counter was polite and nice. View is nice if your room is facing the sea. Location is ok as walking distance to a wet market. But carpet and windows of the room was abit dirty.

Good view but dirty & filthy lift without proper cleaning which is u fit for a hotel with such high room rates. Awaken daily by renovation noise early morning at 9am and road blockage as a result of construction road work.

Hotel occupies 4 stories of a mixed use building. It looks like a temporary hotel as there are construction works of another hotel or the same hotel going on within the same building. As the builders use the same 2 lifts serving the building, the lifts are very dirty and dusty as a result. There’s also no access control to the 4 hotel floors which means any outsider could enter the “hotel” corridors. Aside from this, the room was comfortable enough. The beds, pillows and sheets were new and comfortable. The room also overlooked the 内湾 river. For the price, however, it was disappointing that the room wasn’t equipped with a mini fridge, a rack for luggage, and adequate hooks for clothes. Many other budget hotels are better equipped.

The service is very good. The front desk helps to upgrade the room type and apply for discounts. I stay here every time I go on a business trip. It is the most cost-effective hotel in the sea view room. What needs to be improved is that a pair of earplugs and eye masks can be prepared in the room, so that the guest experience may be better

The hotel has a great location, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a bay of clear water as soon as the curtains are opened. The decoration style is simple and generous, and the facilities are very new. The room is clean and hygienic without any odor. It is very close to the small park, Shantou Hotel, and the food street, and it takes less than ten yuan by taxi. The front desk lady is warm and thoughtful, and the service sister on the night shift is attentive and enthusiastic, which is very good. It left us with more wonderful experiences for our trip to Shantou. Five-star recommendation!

There are many small shops and food around it. If you want to go to the small park, Vientiane City is not far away. You can scan an electric car to go there after leaving the hotel. It was a short weekend after May Day. The whole Shantou was not as crowded as expected. We booked a room temporarily on Friday morning and were lucky to have a view room, which gave us a very good start (it may also be because we didn’t have to queue up at the Chaoshan hot pot restaurant we liked at noon on Friday, and we were in a good mood). The high floor and the sea view are very beautiful. The afternoon thunderstorm quickly cleared up, and we unexpectedly captured two Shantou styles at the same time. All the service staff were very kind and considerate, and it felt like home. Before taking a bath, I asked for a bathtub mat. The auntie brought it and gave me two more bottles of water to replenish water after the bath. It was super considerate. The location is very good, at the center of Longyan South Road and the small park, and it can be reached by motorcycle in more than ten minutes. There are too many delicious foods in Shantou. It’s a pity that we didn’t have time to enjoy the sunset in the room during the two-day and one-night trip (it’s also too late to sunset at 18:55 in summer 😭) Ps. A small suggestion is to have a small hanger next to the bathtub, which is also convenient for placing bath towels and bathrobes

The lights on the other side of the river were on at night, and the night view was nice. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient for daily life and travel. You can order takeout to your room. Downstairs is the sea-viewing promenade, and you can walk to the square ferry. There is Shipaotai Park next to it, and it is also close to the small park.
