Good view but dirty & filthy lift without proper cleaning which is u fit for a hotel with such high room rates. Awaken daily by renovation noise early morning at 9am and road blockage as a result of construction road work.

Hotel occupies 4 stories of a mixed use building. It looks like a temporary hotel as there are construction works of another hotel or the same hotel going on within the same building. As the builders use the same 2 lifts serving the building, the lifts are very dirty and dusty as a result. There’s also no access control to the 4 hotel floors which means any outsider could enter the “hotel” corridors. Aside from this, the room was comfortable enough. The beds, pillows and sheets were new and comfortable. The room also overlooked the 内湾 river. For the price, however, it was disappointing that the room wasn’t equipped with a mini fridge, a rack for luggage, and adequate hooks for clothes. Many other budget hotels are better equipped.

More importantly, the hotel lady is very warm and friendly. Seeing that we are two adults and two children, she helped us apply for a free room upgrade within her ability and authority. The environment is great, the view of the sea is first-class, there is a bay promenade downstairs where you can stroll along the beach, enjoy the sea breeze and watch the night view. There are many shared electric bikes downstairs, and you can reach the small park in about 20 minutes by bike. It is very convenient

The hotel is in a great location, not far from a small park. The room has a good view of the river, and you can see Binjiang Avenue. If you get up early, you can also see the sunrise. The hotel staff is friendly and greets you when you enter and leave.

The room was very good👍The only drawback was the poor soundproofing, which was fixed after the front desk reminded the neighbor. In addition, the hotel is small, and I didn't even notice it when I got there by taxi. I called the front desk and found out that it shared a building with another hotel.

I wanted to book the Wyndham next door, but there were no rooms, so I booked this one. Overall, it's not bad. It's very close to the small park, and it only takes 10 minutes to drive there. There is a vegetable market behind the hotel, and the lion head goose sold there is delicious. It's also cheaper than the commercial area. You can also go to eat local chicken hot pot.
