Dukezong Ancient City
A very good accommodation experience. The room is very clean, the floor heating is also very good, and oxygen can be inhaled at any time in the room. I originally booked a twin standard room, but the owner upgraded it to a loft suite that night. The room has a skylight, and you can see the prayer wheels of Dukezong Ancient City from the upstairs room. The room is super spacious and comfortable. The owner also arranged a carpool for us to go to Meili Snow Mountain to see the golden mountain in the sun. The owner's family is very nice and enthusiastic. We have soft, sweet and fragrant Tremella soup every night. I highly recommend his homestay!

When I came to Shangri-La this time, I chose a hotel blindly. Before booking the hotel, I asked the front desk of the hotel if there were any parking spaces. The lady at the front desk was very patient and helped us to check and informed us that there were still parking spaces. We just booked the hotel. After we arrived, It was around two o'clock in the morning, and I found that most of the parking lots were full. I went to the front desk to ask, and the front desk pointed out the parking space to us in time. We checked in smoothly. We were introduced to facial cleanser, hand cream, moisturizer and other supplies. There was Yunnan arabica coffee, which was very thoughtful. We were also upgraded to a room with oxygen, which was great~ The lady at the front desk was very cute and even gave me a small aromatherapy

The hotel was so convenient to many places in the ancient town. This is my 3rd time and I really like the decor of the hotel. Simple and quiet comfortable. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. Checking and checkout was smooth. They will show you the room options and make you comfortable. Perfect for family trip. Every Room is very spacious. Tea making and regular supply of drinking water available. There are many restaurants and more options around the hotel. Private Parking facilities are there.

The hotel is very unique. I always stayed in chain hotels before, but this hotel refreshed my understanding of homestays. The rooms are all wooden structures with ******* style. The bed backs are all wood-carved patterns. The TV background wall is also made of wood. The wall is painted with warm orange art paint. It is very warm when the lights are turned on. Even the washbasin has wood-carved elements. The copper bamboo-shaped faucet is loved by children. There is also an ancient street with bluestone pavement when you open the window. It will be a little noisy at night, but it doesn't have much impact.

First of all, let me talk about the environment of the B&B. It is really great. As soon as you enter, you can see the clean and tidy yard. The boss is very nice. It is like a walking travel guide. I also met a lot of young ladies and brothers here and we cook together. Singing and walking around the ancient city together made my trip no longer lonely and made this trip more meaningful. I must stay here when I come to Shangri-La and will definitely come back in the future.

After dinner, we sat down to drink tea and listened to the handsome boss and the enthusiastic landlady talk about the things here. The couple are both locals. They carefully polished every flower, tree and brick on their land, hoping to give the travelers the most comfortable and warm feeling of home. Being careful is what impressed me the most. Pick-up at the airport, welcome tea, a heater in the living room, and bookshelves full of books are really in line with my desire to hide here from the hustle and bustle of the city to eat, drink, and relax ~ I like it very much @Shangri-La Dukezong Ancient City-Kamamedon B&B
