The hotel is located next to the maglev station (8-minute express from PVG) and above the metro station, so the location is excellent if you need a place to stay and do some short sightseeing during a long connection (which was our case). However, it was not easy to find it. A policeman at the maglev station gave me directions, but there were no easy-to-recognize signs, at least not for those who cannot read Chinese. Also, the picture of the hotel entrance on Trip.com was not up-to-date. So, we had to make a half-round about the building before we found the right entrance. First offered room had a strong tobacco smoke smell despite the ”non-smoking” sign. So, we asked to change the room. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. He immediately offered us another room, which was only slightly better, but there was no smoke smell. We decided to accept the room (it was almost midnight). There was a small window in the room, which we decided to keep closed due to the smell and dust deposits on the mosquito net. The bathroom had glass walls and a door without a lock, which could not be closed tightly, and all sounds and smells could escape to the room. Also, the hinges were very creaky, so it was impossible not to wake up the whole hotel floor if you wanted to pee in the night. The bedding and towels were good, clean, and fresh, except for one bath towel, which was clean but very old and even had a couple of holes in it. Generally, the hotel was OK for its price. There were beds, pillows and blankets, a warm shower, and privacy which you can't get in an airport departure hall. However, if it happened to me again to have a long connection at Shanghai Airport, I would consider staying somewhere else.

Staying at this hotel is incredibly convenient! It's super close to Dapuqiao subway station and right next to a shopping mall, making shopping and dining out a breeze. While the room amenities are basic, they are exceptionally clean, and the hygiene is impeccable. Having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room is very handy if you want to bring back some food and warm it up. The best part is the extended 3 PM check-out. The service is also very thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again!

Its location is superb, being incredibly close to both the train/bus station and the subway, which makes exploring Shanghai and its surroundings incredibly convenient, especially with the long-distance bus station also within easy reach. Access to the guest room floors from the lobby is secured by key card, requiring a swipe after check-in, providing a strong sense of safety. For a major city like Shanghai, the price is remarkably affordable. I highly recommend checking this place out!

The waiters were very nice, and they upgraded to a 1.8-meter-large bed for free. However, the bathroom was very simple and the space was not complimentary. I stayed here with my kids for just one night and didn’t care. The experience was average. I can only say that it was worth the price. Still say thank you
