The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The surroundings were comfortable, immaculately clean, and quiet.

Conveniently located, with a vibrant street offering plenty of dining and entertainment options just around the corner.

The absence of an elevator was quite unexpected, meaning we had to use the stairs constantly. Although the room matched the photos perfectly, the sound insulation was awful. Around 3-4 AM, I was disturbed by street noise from one side and other guests playing videos loudly from the other. I barely slept a wink the entire night. The door was another oddity; light streamed in through the gap, which is truly a first for me.

Pretty good overall, with fantastic value for money.

Worth the money. Location is great. Close to restaurants and cafés. Walking distance to Jing'an Temple and metro station.

The hotel has no elevator, and the room amenities are basic. The main issue, however, was cockroaches. In the middle of the night, I turned on the light to find one crawling on the nightstand. However, the service was decent. A security guard initially tried to catch it with a mop for a while but couldn't. I also noticed a lot of cobwebs and dust in the room's crevices. Eventually, I couldn't sleep, so they moved me to another room and even compensated me with breakfast the next morning. It's understandable that bugs appear in Shanghai during May and June, especially given the price point. However, I hope they will improve their pest control and cleanliness efforts in the future.

The hotel location is excellent, close to the most fun area of the town. The workers are very nice and kind, and it is very good for its price. Only drawbacks are the towels: so small!

Arrived back in Shanghai on a late-night flight and didn't want to bother going all the way home, so I booked this place on a whim right after getting off the subway. The room was tiny and had a very noticeable musty smell. The day after checking in, I woke up with a sore throat.

Considering the price for its location and the cleanliness, the facilities and overall ambiance were just average. It's an acceptable place for a stay.

Good value for money, and the environment was okay.

The room was quite small. It also felt damp, likely due to the rainy weather during our stay. There's no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up ourselves.

The room was dirty and smelly, and there was no door to the toilet. If you took a shower with the toilet open, the water would come next to the bed. The bed was so close to the toilet and it was very dirty and the room would fill it with water.

Clean room, excellent air conditioning, and a very convenient location.

The room was in a poor stae and reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to wash all of my clothes because they picked up the smell. The shower leaked under the wall into the bed space and pieces of the walls were rotting and falling off. Worst hotel I have ever experienced
