First room window is broken but we swapped to a new room and it’s okay then. Room is quite clean and breakfast is great. Only issue is 4am noise from upstairs was quite load and woke us up. It seems the noise reduction in the building is something can be improved.

It was really nclan and neat place though it's not 5 star hotel. Receptionists and all staffs are very kind and eager to help even they are busy

Good room with great value. Location is good. Note in shanghai security requirements for check in take time. They always stare at your passport for 20 minutes because they can't read English and need to find (1) last entry stamp when you came into china and (2) current visa page. Point it out to save time.

It makes me very angry. We checked in at night and a curly-haired man at the front desk helped us. I was checking in and another guest came to him for something. He left me alone and went to deal with other residents' matters. Keep letting others cut in line, what is this operation? Can we ask another person to assist us, or ask other guests to wait? It's really unprofessional. Then, while he was helping other residents, he threw my ID and a copy of it on the table. My personal information is visible to other guests. I told him that I felt it was inappropriate to expose my personal information in a public area. The funniest thing about the room was that they didn't tell me the room number and didn't give me any toiletries. What is this service? It really makes me angry. The room is small but fairly clean. The bathroom smells like sewage. The windows are not well soundproofed and you can hear the sound of cars and airplanes. There is no refrigerator in the room. The breakfast is so-so, with Chinese and western food, but the variety is relatively limited. This hotel just has a good location, close to the subway station and Hongqiao Airport. You can choose better ones. Will not stay here again next time.

The room is very new and clean. I accidentally dropped my phone at the bar and the waiter called the room to inform me. Thank you very much. I will stay in your hotel again when I come to Shanghai next time.

When you are on a busy business trip, you can go and see the night view of Qibao Old Street, which is great.
