Surprisingly delightful. No issues whatsoever, right next to the metro. Staff was lovely and helpful.

Really great room for the price, especially considering the location in Paris.

Everything was in the best possible condition! I was not bothered by the lack of an elevator or the small rooms. On the contrary, the rooms were very cozy and stylish with fresh renovation. The hotel is located in an old five-story building. There are 28 rooms in total. The staff was attentive, they cleaned every day and put cookies, sugar, coffee, etc. I will definitely come back!

Close to metro station and bus station. A kettle is provided. But it's a pity that there is no air conditioning. There is no elevator. The stairs are quite high.

Bed bug beware

Booking for this hotel you have to take in consideration the followings: -extreme noise by the unending rows of cars passing under your windows day and night;(closing the windows partially solve the issue) -the small fridges are for a kid's playground; totally inefficient even for a simple bottle of water -room get very hot despite the fan we found in the room -the room comes without safe in the room, despite the hotel add promoting having them inside -no matter your age you have to carry your luggage over a long-spiraled stairwell; in our case 4 flights up-and believe me we had our share of cardio after long hours visiting Paris -great guy doing his best keeping our room clean and friendly concierge

I had the shocking experience of staying in Le Grand Albert room 314 on the 28th and 29th May. The box sized room was a pit of dust mites and other bugs. I have bug bites on my face and neck as a consequence. My advice is to avoid at all times. It's a filthy place.

Positive point: We rented 2 rooms for 2 nights. The hotel is very good value for money. The rooms are clean, comfortable with coffee and tea pods available, a plus. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is functional. We had buffet breakfasts (pastries, bread, yogurt, eggs, fresh fruit, etc.). Very warm welcome The hotel is very well located close to the metro and the bus 100m away and free parking 200m away. Negative point Poor insulation of bedroom doors. A thermostatic mixer in the shower would be much appreciated. A hotel without an elevator but normal for an old building with character

The staff is very attentive and pleasant, the hotel is well kept, the rooms are very clean and the bedding is satisfactory. I slept there twice during stays of 4 and 3 days, I was there on the avenue side but I was able to sleep without difficulty, the insulation is quite good. The hotel is very well located in Maisons-Alfort, close to the metro and public transport, as well as an exit (road). I recommend this hotel and thank the team that ensures the comfort of its customers.

Je trouve cet charmant hôtel au top. Je ne comprends pas qu'il est des notes si basses. Accueil super chambre petites mais décorées avec goût. Très propre et prix rien à redire. Les chambres côtés cours sont très calmes. Je valide également le servie après vente ? Chargeur oublié sur place. Nous partions tôt on a même proposé un café. Vraiment je recommande.

Hôtel propre, joliment décoré et entretenu. Personnel charmant et arrangeant. Proche des bus (le 24 rejoint la gare de Lyon en 25) et du métro 8 pour rejoindre Paris centre. Mise à disposition de bouteilles d'eau, bouilloire avec thé, café et savon d'invités dans la sdb. Petites attentions qui font la différence ☺️

Un hôtel à taille humaine mérite amplement ses étoiles. une ambiance conviviale. les chambres très propres, joliment décorées et literie trés confortable. proximité commerces, métro à 200m. Le petit déjeuner continental avec des produits frais. Un endroit à y aller sans hésiter je le recommande fortement.
