The hotel is very new, clean, and quiet — perfect for those who prefer privacy. It’s well-equipped with convenient facilities, including free washing machines and dryers, which are especially useful for longer stays. The staff are friendly and provide 24-hour service, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. My partner, family, and I booked both rooms here, and it was an excellent choice for all of us.

Wonderful cinema themed hotel with the facilities and staff service to match. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back on my next Shanghai trip!

Hotel was great. Lots of cool bars and restaurants nearby. Not too close to nanjing road that is too busy. But close enough to take a 20min bicycle ride and enjoy the city life. Offer free coffee and popcorn in the check in area and the room is very spacious

The staff were very kind and helpful. You can order taobao parcels to the hotel and pick it up at check in! Walking distance to nanjing road and the room has lots of movie references like Batman and kill bill. Great place for film enthusiasts

Great location and spacious room — no problem fitting our large luggage in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant next to the hotel with outdoor seating, so it can get a bit noisy at night, but it didn’t affect us too much. Overall a pleasant stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very well located and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. They have free water, Coca-Cola, popcorn, tea, and coffee available 24 hours a day. All free!! Excellent. I stayed 13 days with my family and had no problems. You can go walking to subway station, 71 bus station and also to west Nanjing road.

The hotel was very comfortable to stay in. The bed and pillows were cozy, and the blackout curtains effectively blocked out light. The air conditioning was cool and adjustable. I stayed for a total of 6 nights. Although the hotel staff couldn’t speak English, they were kind and tried their best to communicate. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. The bathroom was automatic, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. But everything else exceeded my expectations. Complimentary drinks like water, cola, and Sprite were unlimited. Popcorn, tea, and coffee were also provided for free. The hotel is small, with only 3 floors. There’s a projector, but it only displays content in Chinese, so I couldn’t understand it. The hotel is actually closer to Middle Huaihai Road Station than West Nanjing Station—both are within a relaxed walking distance, just about one traffic light away. Both stations are located in very walkable areas, with lots of cute shops and a calm vibe, unlike the busy pedestrian zone around East Nanjing Road. The area around the hotel becomes a nightlife spot in the evening, so there are lots of people around and it doesn’t feel deserted.

Overall, it's a good experience. The room has TV. And movies Channel you can watch all night. However. It's not as clean as I expected. Location is good, close to everything.

Location is good and the room is generally spacious and clean. The only downside? It could be really noisy during weekends as there are bbq restaurants right downstairs and loud music are played.

Good services with friendly staff. We receive the room upgrades and early checkin service. The room is clean.

We stayed here for 4 nights and booked the family suite since there’s 3 of us. The room is very spacious, enough to fit all our luggages and shopping things. Toilet and shower are separated and very clean. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if coming to Shanghai. Location near to metro station and surrounded by nice bars.
