The hotel is really good for every thing (Clean, Location, Smell of the hotel is really good, and all stuff are so friendly.)

Youli Hotel is in a good location in center of the town. Warm hospitality & always a receptionist to help you.

very covenient & cozy! although it's a small-sized hotel, the room i stayed is pretty spacious. beside the hotel is family mart and right across is luckin coffee. a 10 mins walk to the nanjing rd as well as metro station. it's a little hard to navigate at first because there are so many exits but! tip: to exit from exit 1, climb the stairs down, walk through the underpass, climb stairs up again, turn right, you will see far east hotel, turn left, once you see luckin the hotel is right across.

Excellent hotel in a great place, clean, comfortable and very convenient to stay during weekend to visit the main points in Shanghai. The staff were very friendly, thank you so much for your attention and special gifts.

All staffs in hotel are very friendly. The room was clean and fresh. It is nearby people’s square metro station, which is opposite of metro exit 1. Very excellent!!!!

Underrated Hotel! Came here with low expectation since its a budget hotel, but the service and room is really great! The checkin was fast considering we are foreigners who arrive midnight, and got upgraded into bigger room Staff gave us some gifts before check out and its really kind of them. Location is good enough, we got familymart next to our hotel and walking distance to nanjing road/ the bund area

Very good hotel to stay... very comfy. Although a small hotel... but very good. Breakfast is out source to 2 canteen nearby, more option. I even didnt use out all the voucher... the staff really nice and helpful. Convenience store also very near to hotel...

I had a great stay, even extended. The breakfast provided by the restaurant just in front is included! And it is very tasty!

The counter staff were very friendly and greeted everyone warmly whenever they saw us. Since my flight arrived early in the morning, the hotel kindly allowed me to check in early at no extra charge. Really appreciated the thoughtful service!

The location is very convenient, super near to people’s square train station and the Nanjing pedestrian street. There’s a family mart right beside the lobby. The front desk was always attentive and helpful.

Location is very well located between 2 subway stations, so we had good choice of different subway lines. Family mart convenience at the door step. Reception was very good and helpful, and helped us combine our 2 separate bookings into 1 so that we need not change rooms. Also gave us a few nice souvenirs when they saw us taking photos at the lobby while waiting for our taxi. Superb experience and will not hesitate to come back again! Well done!

Excellent service and very friendly staff! The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. One small suggestion would be to allow food deliveries to be brought directly to the room, as we had to pick them up at the front desk. But that was just a minor detail compared to the great experience we had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
