Horrible! - there was pee on the toilet seat - room had no chair - no soap in bathroom (it was lotion instead) - no window screens, so there are flies and mosquitoes - window view was trash - reception staff are very slow (only 1 employee during noon rush time) Don't blame the staff, blame the management!

The following comments applies to their cheapest/smallest room type, 特惠大床房(无窗) 优点: - Our room was well-equipped with many charging ports, a wall mirror, and a long bench with storage space underneath - Free toothbrush/toothpaste packs were provided even though this website suggests otherwise - Cleaning lady visits every day to replace towels, remove trash and make the bed. We interacted with her often since we slept in, she was kindly and always offered bottled water/new toothbrushes and slippers - Front desk staff were well-mannered and helpful - Most importantly: good value for money 缺点: - Bathroom isn't very clean, shower in particular was grimy - Toilet faces a wall, there's barely any space to put your legs when sitting on it normally - Shower area is not watertight, you have to angle the showerhead to the side to prevent water from leaking through a hole between the door and the wall, otherwise the bathroom floor will be flooded - The TV is ancient (low picture quality) - There is a "business center" between the lobby and restaurant on the first floor, but it's quite useless since the hotel-wide wifi signal is extra bad inside that room Other notes, in case helpful: - The "laundry room" is a single washing machine-dryer pair along the hallway on the fifth floor. You need to bring your own detergent, though you can buy a pod from the front desk. If you don't live on the fifth floor, you may need to ask for an extra access card since the elevator is card-activated and your room card only works for your room's floor. - Packages deliveries are left in a room where you have to walk in and look for your own packages.

The hotel was very clean and the facilities were top notch, no complaints the booking process was very easy and staff were friendly.

A clean hotel situated at a good place. I am satisfied and will prefer living here again. I had to attend SAIF summer camp, which was 1.2 km away.

clean and spacious room, very kind staff who can help with any queries you have no matter the time. daily room cleaning and sufficient amenities provided. hongqiao metro is within walking distance but zhongshan park is a little further. all in all comfortable stay for great price and great service!

I booked a windowless room and it's a bit small. They have false window though. Conveniently located in the city center. There are lots of restaurants around.

Where’s the fridge? It’s summer time with a weak air conditioner and no small fridge inside hotel room. I won’t spend my other nights here in shanghai

Everything was excellent!! Clean, great service, very comfortable mattress and pillows, nice neighborhood where you could find all amenities, 10-12min walk to line 3 metro station.

Close to bus station, walkable distance to metro station. Convenient location, receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Our recent family stay at this hotel was wonderful! We needed two rooms to accommodate everyone, and the price was so reasonable—it made the stay totally worth it. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which was a huge plus after long days of activities. The beds were cozy, and we all slept well. But the best part was definitely the price—getting two rooms at such an affordable rate made our trip budget-friendly without sacrificing comfort. If you're looking for a great deal on a family-friendly hotel, we highly recommend this one! We’ll definitely be back on our next trip!

I only stayed shortly. As for the location, it was perfect for me, as most of my activities took place within a 20 min. walking radius. At the same time, it was rather convenient to hop on a metro and get to more touristy places to relax. The room was clean, spacious enough, the water hot; a little bonus, I could open the window. Overall, a good choice for a simple comfortable stay in Shanghai.

Good. The room has no window. But it's okay, if you won't be inside most of the time. Good location, with shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The drainage system is not so good, bad smell when showering.
