Overall the service matches the price. There are no scissors at the reception. Breakfast is ~ delicious.

The room was big and spacious , but dusty , and a smell of cigarettes . Bed sheets was clean , breakfast a bit poor , just some boiled eggs and sausages 😔

Generally speaking, the hotel is good, but the only problem is that the staffs seems to be unfriendly and often rude, and the breakfast is too little, with very few things to choose from.

There is no reason to be rude to the clients. Really. The cook was so rude to my friend that I feel ashamed until this day. Be more clear about breakfast time please.

The condition of the hotel is terrible, visually the building looks like an abandoned house. Inside the hotel there is a smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. The rooms are smoke-filled. Hotel guests walk along the corridors and smoke. It is impossible to be in such an environment and it is dangerous for your health. There are questions about the sanitary conditions inside the room. We checked out much earlier than the check-out time. I do not recommend this hotel. It is not worth the money and I would gladly take my money back.

The Hotel is not clean. Toilet and shower room was broken and in a terrible condition. There was nothing in breakfast upon asking the staff said nothing is available anymore. I was wondering at 08 o' clock no breakfast. Really bad experience. I would recommend to avoid.

I appreciated this hotel, nearby restaurant, Railway and Hongqiao airport. Bus can be found just in front to The Blund, Museum, etc…

Very cost effective hotel with big rooms in Shanghai. Facilities are OK inside room. However, you can’t find good restaurants to eat nearby . I used online service to eat my dinner.

This is my first time staying in this hotel. I feel pretty good. The room is spacious and bright, the facilities are good, and the breakfast is simple and good! It is very close to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, about 10 minutes by taxi. If you have enough time, you can also take the bus to the airport. The transportation is convenient. The overall feeling is good. It is a very cost-effective hotel. I look forward to seeing you next time.

As you can see from the condition of the gym, the hotel is quite old. It can't be helped that it can't be opened, but the response is not very good. It seems to be a hotel with many long-term guests.
