Location is not good, the hotel is very old and there's no maintenance. It's not dirty, but it's not totally clear...just for fast sleep maybe is ok.

Bed is large but got the room with the smelly. So much noise and can hear everything from room nearby especially when closing doors or someone chatting that can make me awake all night. Once someone smoking, the smell got inside the room.

10 min by taxi to the airport. The hotel front staff that i had was nice however, kept offering me cigarettes even though i told him no, i dont smoke. The rooms are fine, the rooms are a bit outdated, hard beds too but i found this to be common in asian countries. They offer free shuttle service in the morning so that was good. overall ok for the price. No real complaints.

Great location to the Shanghai Pudong airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They also spoke English. They are pet friendly and were very accommodating to us. Very good value for money

It was my first time transiting through Pudong Airport in several years. The transfer was included, so I was picked up at the airport using the chat in the tripcom app. The chat in the app is excellent and automatically translated, so you can contact them even if you don't understand Chinese. I was told to wait at gate 25 in terminal 2, but since it was night, the gate was closed and I had to access it from a different gate. The hotel looks like a high-rise hotel in the photo, but it is only on the lower floors at the front and there are only stairs. I think it would be difficult to go up if you have a lot of luggage. The bus to the airport took about 30 minutes because it went around several other hotels. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around the hotel, so you won't have any inconveniences. Overall, I think it's good value for money.
