If you told me in advance, I could still take a screenshot. When registering, I showed my ID card and said my reservation phone number. He also asked me to scan the QR code on his desktop and fill in the information. Forget it, I did it. After scanning, I followed it. Later, I also asked me to jump to download an app. I said, do I have to download it? The boy at the front desk said that I have to download it to register my information. I placed an order on Ctrip.com, but I can't see my message. I said, didn't I give you my ID card for registration, and my mobile phone number? What other information do you want from me? Later, they didn't upgrade our room. They also sold us a 99 breakfast card, saying that we can upgrade the room. I said, didn't I call to confirm it? They didn't upgrade my room in the end. It was a bad experience. I will never book this series of hotels again. I want to complain.
