The hotel staff was very friendly and the location is also pretty good Has a nearby shopping mall and a lot of restaurants nearby but have to walk some distance for going to the Metro. There was no complimentary coffee or tea in the room Only water was available.

Counter staff (2 gentlemen) were courteous and responsive. Stayed in the loft unit in Dec, with 2 heaters on, room still felt chilly, otherwise all else were good. Although the hotel stated was non smoking but some guests were very inconsiderate and smoked in lift and room, hope the hotel will enforce the non smoking rules more strictly.
