Stayed here last minute option was a good option for budget and everyone was very nice especially the girls in the reception would stay here again!

The staff was nice and helpful when we arrived and left the hotel, and everything was clean and organized. I like that they can arrange drop-offs at the airport.

Easy to book on the same day, was welcomed warmly despite not knowing the language very well. The room was very nice and clean, view of the coast was amazing.

I had a very good sleep and the front desk last was very friendly and helpful. I'll come again.

With free pickup and drop off services staying at this hotel is the best alternative to hanging around at the airport for 14 hours. There is an opportunity to have some sleep, shower and stretch your legs, and watch English speaking channels on TV, so the long journey to New Zealand is not so stressful. All amenities are working well. You have free bottled water, a kettle, some glasses, a USB port by bedside. Maybe just carpet flooring needs to be replaced for a new one. Staying at BOAI hotel met my expectations. The receptionist was friendly and fluent in English. I would definitely recommend this hotel to make your layover in Shanghai easier, especially during summer time when it is hot in Shanghai. Value for money is excellent! Thanks to 月亮妹妹 for accommodating all my questions and messages. The bus service from the airport to the hotel (and vice versa) is very convenient. You just need to arrive 10 minutes before the bus schedule or else you will have to wait for another 2 hours if you don't catch the bus because the bus leaves on time. Plus, they have a free bus going to & going back from Disneyland, which is very hassle free especially when you go back to the hotel because you won't have to worry about getting a ride back. So if you're going to Disneyland, it's highly recommended that you stay at this hotel. Lastly, thanks to all receptionist & drivers for assisting me!
