My first stay here. Plan to stay one night but David Liu at reception upgraded me to executive floor. Room was great, breakfast for 98 RMB book if night before was value for money.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic — offering a wide variety of international cuisines that catered to everyone’s tastes and dietary needs. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English, which made everything even smoother. A very special thank you to Aubrey and Giacomo, who went above and beyond with their kindness, service, and genuine hospitality. They truly made our experience a million times better. Wishing them all the best — they are absolute stars!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by receptionist Aubrey Jin, who was extremely friendly, careful, and patient. The location is excellent—just a short distance from the train station and Hongqiao International Airport, making it very convenient for travelers. The hotel staff is multilingual, which made communication smooth and easy. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and met high international standards, while also offering a touch of oriental hospitality that made the experience feel both professional and culturally rich. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

I was checked in by Mr Liu, he was very professional and friedly. This is the 2nd time to come here and I enjoyed staying here.

The staff helpful and supportive. The food nice value for money. The location very convenient to get everywhere.

Except front desk for check in, everything was perfect as always. Check in time is 2:00 pm. I arrived and need wait 1 1/2 hour. They said the room hasn't been cleaned.  The lady excused this several times but the Front desk manager did not say anything except you need wait 1 1/2 hour. I staid in this hotel several times and recommend this hotel to friends and it was my worst experience.

we loved their variety of food in the buffet breakfast. aircon/heater temp works perfectly fine. all staff are very attentive to our needs. only minor negative comment is their tv cable signal is not working fine specifically HBO

We arrived early for a 2D1N stayover to meet friends and was glad they allowed us early check in. We had a twin room at level 6. Room is very spacious and generally clean. Understand upper floors jus renovated but too bad we were not allocated those. There are not many amenities around the hotel. Lucky our friends brought us to a nearby restaurant, BELLAGIO, which served good Chinese food. Had our breakfast at GUILINLAOSHIHAO, which served nice noodles the next day. Overall a good experience.

I am lifetime Marriott Titanium so I know hotels fairly well. The Millennium far exceeds service quality, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, room size and quality of stay than 90% of the Marriott brand hotels I frequent. And pricing is less than an equivalent Marriott in Shanghai. Keep up the good work.
