The room is mini size very small and I didn't even have a spot to lay out my luggage. The room I got has a indoor window which my guess is it opens to the hall way of the employee area. It is super noisy and you can hear employees having conversations in the back. I heard chiefs cooking up breakfast early in the morning and couple employees was arguing over work hours. Sound proof was bad! the price is good for the location and newer updated room. But I didn't get a good rest because all the noise.

This hotel I definitely recommend - ✓✓✓ The staff -- here are highly trained .. and eager to help - and multi lingual - the ROOM -- was super clean and comfortable - I can honestly recommd them . SUBWAY - is literally across the street - C exit - I think it was. ✓✓✓ Price Value - for the price you will not find a better stay in this area PS: there is a Tom Horton bagels across the street. .

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. I was upgraded to a superior room, which was a wonderful surprise, and they also let me check out at 6 PM, which I really appreciated. The staff is extremely kind and helpful — they communicate smoothly with you in English using a translator if needed. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the metro. Without a doubt, every time I come to Shanghai, I’ll stay at this hotel again. 从我到达的那一刻起，一切都非常完美。酒店为我免费升级到了高级房间，这让我非常惊喜，而且还允许我下午六点退房，我非常感激。工作人员非常友好热情，即使使用翻译软件，也能顺畅地用英语与我沟通。酒店距离地铁站只有五分钟步行路程。毫无疑问，每次来上海我都会选择住在这家酒店。

Very clean rooms. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my room for free for me. Would recommend to anyone passing through.

Our last night checked in here, conveniently cycled to Shanghai tower for observatory 118 floor at best weather around 20C. Found walking distance a reasonable priced foot/body massage on Mei tuan. Location is ideal to catch a maglev train station 10 min away by Didi. Hotel room not spacious enough for big suitcases.

City window is not good view, during day had sound of hammering.

I recommend this hotel for its location, which allows you to quickly reach the best views of Shanghai. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. Excellent value for money.

I stayed here for 4 nights during the CPhI China exhibition. The location was ideal — just a quick 10–15 minute ride to the exhibition hall, which made daily travel very convenient. The Room was super clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a comfortable stay after long days at the expo. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would definitely consider staying here again for future business trips to Shanghai.

housekeeping was excellent and good supply of drinking water. My booking was for a non-smoking room but the room had a lingering smoke smell - probably previous occupant had smoked

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was neat and clean. And the free upgrade made us extra happy.

Its a Hotel at a great locatikn, very convenient to travel to Airport and other parts of Shanghai. It was clean and will defo come back. Only complaint would be it felt a little humid

very comfortable bed with spacious room. staff are very friendly and upgrade my room. hotel is located at 5th floor. dont follow the instruction, it gave wrong direction. just go straight after seeing the building name. the elevator located at the side building. overall good stay. nearby with a lot of restaurant. easy to get here from airport line 2.
