I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect—right in the city center and close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Hi..Trip team The hotel area its very convenient and easy to go around down town but in our room smell so bad because of someone before smoking in the room. Even we’re require room non- smoking but in the room still smelling and i had extremely terrible experience for beside our room. They are talk with each other very noisy and they not close the door properly so the sound its makes us woke up early and so bother us so much. So I hope this my review will do the hotel solves problem this . Thank you

I traveled with my younger sister and booked this hotel for our Disneyland trip. We really enjoyed our stay here! All the staff were kind and supportive — I truly appreciated them! A big plus is that the hotel provides a shuttle bus to both Disneyland and Pudong Airport, which made our trip much more convenient. There are a few downsides, such as the bathroom amenities — I recommend bringing your own for a better experience. That said, the room was spacious, and the bed was soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

was able to contact the hotel with trip.com chat. facilitated the stay greatly. Very comfortable bed and pillow. and loved that it had laundry space. didn get to use the exercise equipment cuz walking during the day was bad enough but they looked well maintained location was a bit far from the lujiabang station, closer to madang station breakfast was good too, and had a decent spread overall great stay :) i'm not sure why the hotel staff kept opening the windows during cleaning though

This is a really nice hotel with great features including its location, cleanliness, security, and overall comfort. The room isn't very spacious, but it's still suitable for two people. The bathroom was larger than expected, with separate dry and shower areas, which was a pleasant surprise. One unique and convenient feature is the delivery robot—no need to pick up food yourself, as it brings to your room.

We had a great 4 nights here. Everything was perfect. The location is good, close to the train station but we mostly used Didi. It was convenient for getting around. They changed our towels every day and gave us plenty of drinking water in the room. The free laundry service was a nice bonus. If you want a peaceful place away from the crowds, I'd recommend this hotel.

Great Location. Just 7min walk from train station to hotel. Hotel provided free laundry service as well.

There is a hair under the blanket, the floor is a bit dirty, and the room is small. The room is suitable for two adults or one adult with two children.

Near to train station, walking distance to two train station and is very convenient as is near to city. Overall experience is good. Clean and tidy

We stay here for 3 nights. But we change two room as we are going out of town. First night room was better as its bigger and amenities is better too. While the other two nights the amenities is not as good as the first night. But the service is very good. They are friendly and polite.

Originally, planned to stay for 3 nights but reduced it to 2 cause there was nothing near the hotel. Hotel building is isolated and it takes a while to get to locations in Shanghai by DiDi. Room is generally clean and spacious, although toilet is a little dated, with uneven tiles. Toilet could use a bidet or hose. Room had a low humming or droning sound which we couldn’t identify the source plus there was cigarette smell in the room on the first night. Concierge failed to inform us that the AI butler system wasn’t working when we checked in, so spent the whole first night waiting for the robot butler to bring extra water, which never arrived. Plus point is that they provide free self-service coffee at the lobby area every morning and hotel is located along a main road, so it’s easily located by DiDi.
