The overall stay experience was great and staffs here were so amazing and helpful.Bryan was doing a great job on delivering the bell,luggage services. And, also the staff in Front Desk was great as well. They were smiling all the time and so energetic. Especially for the responisit Sahron,Thank you for you guys!

Very nice short stay experience. So close to train station in walking distance. Helped me to pack my breakfast to catch up the early train.

Easy and convenient to find from the train station but not close to CBD where everything is happening and not enough information given by staff reception. Great pool and gym but no sports bar to watch international football which was disappointing as I have it at home myself..

Good business hotel and decent breakfast

The location is excellent if you want to be close to the city and get connect to rail, metro and airport, breakfast is decent, to international standards. Staff are super nice and helpful.

It was a nice overnight stay while travelling onwards.The room facilities were very nice but if I were to suggest any improvemet it would be to fit a more powerful shower, preferably an overhead shower. On entering the room, it did seem like there was the faint smell of cigarettes. Furthermore, the towels smelled of cigarettes. This needs to be improved.

The hotel is located very conveniently directly in front of the Hongqiao Railway station. Our room had a carpet which is not the cleanest so we didn't allow for the baby to crawl around. There was a light sense of smoking in the room. The size of the room is quite small also. The bathroom is nice and clean. The breakfast was average. Nevertheless we went to this hotel for the 3rd time now because of the convenient location.

Had a brief night stay here, incredible location right next to the highspeed rail station and Hongqiao airport. The facilities are top tier and the room was the size of my apartment. Absolutely recommend for layovers or early/late night trips in Shanghai!

We chose the hotel mainly cos it's near the airport. Room carpet was not too clean, bearing stain marks. No spoon or fork provided in room. What's surprising was when we asked for spoons and were offered stirrers (which were fine withbus) was these were delivered via a robot. Super cute. Super efficient. The obly blight and its a sore point was the morning, the cleaning crew was talking very loudly at the top of their voices while going around their duties along the corridors. Doors were opened and slammed shut.. It was pretty terrible, these staff didn't realise how they are disrupting our sleep.
