This hotel is really amazing

Hotel name is Paulman not Pullman I booked non somking room but still have smoke coming from another room. It is not sound proof. Location is not the best but fine. You can find many things to eat near by. Would take about 1 hr to NCC. Or 30min by taxi.

The room was okay but the hallway was intoxicating. The smell of cigarettes was really strong.

Fantastic, warm, personable, friendly, helpful, patient, staff. Amazing how comfortable and welcomed, a warm smile, and a quiet, enthusiastic voice, can make a guest feel-the senior front-desk lady, and the gentleman on the morning shifts. The young lady, the new employee, is naturally an excellent customer service person, with the friendliest personality. Even the lady and gentleman cleaning the rooms were remarkably excellent, and welcoming. Looking forward to staying at this hotel on our next trip to Shanghai. Definitely 5 diamonds in staff friendliness, and overall customer service.

It was my first time staying here. The overall experience was very satisfactory, especially the cleanliness, good front desk service, and the great stewardess. I stayed there for several days and planned to stay longer. The price was not expensive and the cost performance was very good. There was an elevator and the rooms were very clean. They were all on the second floor, which was very good and very convenient.

The room is very clean, the facilities are very complete, there is water and tea bags in the room, the service attitude is quite good, parking is convenient, right at the door, it is very convenient to get in and out, there are many restaurants nearby, just a few steps away, there are many places to eat, drink and have fun, the location is good

The room was very clean. It's just a short walk from Subway Line 14, about 700 to 800 meters away. The room had a large shower, a large TV, and a clean mirror. The room lights were bright. The service was excellent, always available, and everything was excellent.

The room was relatively clean and had windows. Every night I could hear the square dancing of the nearby residents, which was very lively. Within a 5-minute walk, there is the delicious Lao Sheng Chang, especially its pickled vegetable and shredded pork noodles and fresh meat mooncakes. I ate them for two days in a row and they are a must-try!

The room is large and clean. I stayed there for several days and felt very good. The front desk lady was very nice and the toilet was clean and odorless.

Only the front desk service was quite friendly, but they didn't deliver the promised bread and milk.

The service attitude is very good! The room is relatively clean. I was assigned a room with a large window, which has good lighting! The air conditioner is also very powerful. It really made me freeze to death hahahaha

It was a great experience. Shopping and dining are very convenient. The room was clean and the service was good. I will stay here again next time!

The TV is big, the view is great, and breakfast is provided. It is super delicious.
