Host was really responsive and helpful when we had some issues ordering 外卖 because we didnt have a local number. Overall the stay was ok! The room itself is really nice but the exterior of the condo is quite rundown. View of the river is good though. and convenience store across the street is well stocked. Can consider staying for your trip to Shanghai :)

Room was cozy, clean, well organized with river and citycenter view. Location also amazing. 5 mins from Metro, 2 mins ferry terminal also 20 mins walking to pudong center! Best thing was communication with owner. He and his wife were helpful, supportive and almost live response from inquiries. No need language barriers. There are many options for cafe, restaurants.. strongly recommend!!

Facilities: Completely equipped with plenty of hot water and all toiletries, including a bathroom heater, hairdryer, automatic toilet, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and projector! Wi-Fi was strong. Cleanliness: The bathroom, bed, and sofa were clean! Environment: Excellent air conditioning, plenty of sunlight, and a view of the Huangpu River! Direct elevator access! Very close to Metro Lines 4 and 14, which transfer to Line 2 for convenient access to the Bund, Nanjing Road, Pudong, and Hongqiao Airport. There's a convenience store and fruit shop in the building across the street from Dongfang Road, both open until midnight! A FamilyMart and Mixue are a short walk from the hotel! Service: Daily toiletries are available in public areas, and you can pick them up yourself! I use a lot of water and love showering, so I used a lot of towels. 😂 The staff were very welcoming and helpful! My stay wasn't long this time, but next time I'll definitely stay a few days longer and take the ferry from the pier just behind!

The warmest B&B I have ever stayed in First, transportation: It is about 400 meters away from the subway entrance. You can take Line 4 from Shanghai Station without reversing and arrive in 20 minutes. The ferry terminal is downstairs. The room is equipped with refrigerators, microwave ovens, incubators, and scales. The treasure box in the lobby is even more equipped with floral water, cotton swabs, scissors, lighters, and even anti-itching calamine lotion... Xiaomi smart toilet, original packaged shower gel, shampoo, conditioner... Finally, the host sister is very enthusiastic. When I checked in, she personally took me upstairs and sent some recommended tour routes and snack bars. She asked me what I needed and how I slept every day. She was so considerate.

The small but beautiful room was surprisingly clean and comfortable for a B&B. The view from the window was stunning; you could even watch the sunrise. The ferry to North Bund was just a few minutes' walk downstairs. It's also close to the subway station, making it very quiet at night—perfect for those with sleep problems! The hostess was very helpful, constantly worrying about the lack of groceries and drinking water in the room and letting us get them ourselves. I'll definitely recommend this B&B to any friends who come back!

The room was very clean, the view was great, and it was right next to the ferry. A 2 yuan ferry would take you to Hongkou Riverside across the street.

The whole family chose this homestay with a first-line river view for a trip. It is very close to the subway and the pier, making travel convenient. The room is newly renovated, clean and sanitary, with great details. It has central air conditioning and a smart toilet.

The sea view is unbeatable and the price/performance ratio is very high. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Pudong. The landlord enthusiastically recommended a lot of places, but I couldn't get up and had other plans, so I didn't go. There is a washing machine and dryer shared by three rooms at the door for washing clothes. There is an open-air parking lot downstairs. If you don't have a spot, you can park in the basement of Poly Building or the basement of the Eton Hotel diagonally opposite.
