Such a beautiful hotel. Check in was very easy. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. We visited in winter so they gave us hand warmers on our way out for the day. The bathroom/bathtub was exquisite. My only complaint is when I booked the breakfast they didn’t give me the option for Japanese breakfast so I had to do that once I checked in at the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Great location and such a nice bath!! Kyoto station is only short walk away and there are lots of little shops around. Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Kyoto. Loccitan amenities were just extra plus. Please do try green tea in the room.
