Very very excellent hotel. Clean place, nice breakfast, swimming pool. Staff are all so nice and helpful. Will surely revisit this hotel in the future.

My room was peaceful, beautifully designed, and quiet thanks to excellent sound insulation. The bathtub was a dream, perfect after a hot day out. The pool was serene and uncrowded, the kind of place you could actually unwind without a circus around you. Breakfast was quality-focused, not overhyped. Fresh fruit, local flavors, good coffee, and actual care put into everything. In short: this hotel delivers class, calm, and competence.

The room is clean and spacious. Service staffs always carry a smile and ready to help. Kids club is small but the staffs make it a wonderful place for the kids. Best thing about the hotel is the location. Supermarket, restaurants, bars and cafes and all within walking distance.

We stayed 4 nights, 2 nights classic city view and another 2 nights mountain view. Bed was comfortable. I like the service that they provide pillow selection as I usually sleep with memory foam. Great services. Staffs are attentive and I would like to thanks the concierge name “Noon” who helped us alot on planning the tour trip and recommended us some of the nice cafe and food. The spa was great too. Definitely will come back again.

Stayed for valentine's day, the valentine dinner at Gad Lanna is good, sky bar sunset view is very nice, good services, new renovation, with swimming pool and gym, near night market and Big C, good location.

Friendly staff, love their outdoor pool, great locations with massage places just opposite to the hotel, within a 1 min walk! Great selections for breakfast. Close to the night market/walking street. Will definitely be back again next time.

The hotel is so centrally located that within walking distance there are Night market, Big C supermarket, cafe & restaurants, massage & nail places etc.

The worst hotel ever I don't where to start If u have kids no come near to this hotel Kids club close at 1800 that the rule Must sock play the pool of ball I want buy they out of stock In pool can't buy any accessories for swim like swim ring In breakfast, all the pan with heavy cover kid can't take off The worst the things I tell them they just answer yes and don't do nothing 1 lady, receptionist name polyee lie to me when 1200 noon I ask if manger see my request he seat 10 meter from me she say no come after say sorry he here but no have time check ur case I don't talk about our friend have ants in her room 1107 Go reception don't do nothing Bestie the name intercontinental nothing same Is no worth more then 500 to 700 rmb per night we pay almost 2000 per night Is disgrace of hotel don't ever coke close to thier The pool is nice and people work in the pool beside this all like nightmare Don't go close to this hotel ever ....... in ur life ..... In the photos the manager isnoto there seat 1p meter near to her I never see this in my,life Don't go there
