The room always always can smell the smoke. Not sure from where, it could be from other room, some guest smoke in the room ! 😓

Can do laundry. Just put the dirty cloth at the laundry room, and the staff will do the laundry and put at the clean basket once done or also can request them to send to our room. All the hotel staffs are very attentive to all my ad-hoc request. Very helpful. Ask for high level, as lower level which facing the main road is very noisy, they immediate change higher floor to me, and much better.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay! Everything was top-notch: clean and cozy rooms, attentive and friendly service, delicious breakfasts, and a great location. I especially appreciated the quiet and comfortable atmosphere, which allowed me to fully relax and unwind. A special thanks to the reception staff – always ready to help and answer any questions. I will definitely come back again and will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

Good things first: location is good as it’s close to metro and near Jiajia tang bao! Staff were really pleasant and friendly! However the room layout is awful! The showroom is right next to the front door which means the bath mat needs to be placed right next to the door where it’s most likely to be dirty. And if you happen to open the door at the same time when someone enters, good luck with door smashing and no privacy! Next to the shower cubicle is the toilet which is facing the mirror and the toilet door is made of glass! So if the lights are on and someone is sitting on the toilet, what a view for another person in the room to observe! And we were travelling with a young kid so extra trouble! The light panel was on the same level with the bed which wasn’t an obvious problem until lights suddenly turned on three times between midnight and 2am, I figured it was caused by our pillows slightly overhanging above the control panel! So many careless design flaws that makes our stay very stressful. The worst is that the smoke detector was wrapped by toilet tissue! Clearly the previous guests had found a way to deactivate the smoke detector to have a cigarette! Had anyone carried out basic inspection this would have been fixed but clearly there is lack of supervision and management. Overall I do not recommend especially when travelling with family or care for privacy.

The room is big and clean because the hotel is new and just opened last Sept. The service is very good and the staff is helpful and polite. Will come back again for sure.

It’s a brand new hotel, all the stuff are amazing, especially Vivian and Bob. They were very friendly and help me with all my expresses items. The rooms are big enough and the clening is everyday. First class service! Recommend this hotel!

Great location . The service of hotel is exceptional . Will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Shanghai . Room is very spacious and breakfast is good.

Super nice service from the whole team from receptionists,housekeepers… The location is good with many restaurants surround and walking to Yishan Road station (~5-8 mins walking) Definitely recommend for travelling to Shanghai It is quite new and modern hotel I also like their laundry service (modern machine, well and fresh detergent), they also help you to take care of it if you do not have time to follow. 100/100 Well done !!!
