The while experience was nice and hotel staff helped us a lot. The only problem was the loud noise from the road at night.

Very value for money. Clean sheets, spacious toilet and a nice shower room too. I slept very well throughout my stay. Sound proofing was ok, not perfect but as a light sleeper it was good enough

Clean. Just a little bit inconvenient to get to if you want to take the public transport. Convenient via car though. There’s a free shuttle service to the railway station and Hongqiao airport which was good.

It was easy for a first time traveler and the staff are very helpful and accommodating keep it up.

I stayed here for a few days and found the transportation convenient. There was a pick-up service at the station. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. The room was quite large and the hygiene was good. There were robots delivering takeout to the room, so I was quite satisfied.

Arrived in Shanghai in the evening, and had a flight the next morning. I thought it was just a short night, so I wanted to find a cheap hotel close to the airport. I didn't expect the hotel's pick-up and drop-off service to be very good, the room was even more beautiful, and the bedding was comfortable. I give it 10 stars! ! I will definitely use it again next time I have the chance.

I spent 259 yuan and expected a comfortable accommodation experience. However, there were problems from the moment I checked in: I bought two breakfasts at the front desk, but only one meal voucher was given; after entering the room, I found that the window assigned was the smallest, and the lighting and view were very limited. I was going to ignore these problems, but what happened next was shocking - when I was lying on the bed to rest, the cleaning staff brought a strange man into the room directly, claiming that they wanted to fix the water pipes. They did not knock on the door or inform me in advance, and completely ignored the privacy of the guests. In addition, the sound insulation of the room was very poor. The flushing and talking sounds next door could be heard clearly, and it was difficult to fall asleep all night. Such unprofessional service and poor facilities seriously affect the check-in experience. I suggest you choose carefully!

The front desk service is friendly and there is an airport shuttle service, which is very punctual. The room is also well soundproofed. Even though it is near the airport, the noise is not too loud and sleeping is no problem.
