I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The room was spacious meeting all the basic requirements for a comfortable stay. The amenities provided were sufficient, and everything was well-maintained.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Suning Novotel, and I can’t thank the staff enough for their incredible hospitality. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely at home — especially Mr. Eri Zhu, the Executive Assistant Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our entire stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. His attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference! A special highlight: they surprised my son with two birthday cakes, which absolutely made his day! Such thoughtful gestures and amazing freebies really set this hotel apart. Thank you again to the entire team — highly recommended and looking forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay here at Suning Novotel Shanghai! The staff are very helpful. They upgraded our room for free to a cartoon theme room and our child loved it. Breakfast buffet is good. It is also convenient to go to Disneyland because of the pick up/drop off shuttle. I love that the hotel is very kid friendly. Room is big, there is a play area.

We stayed two nights to go to Disney and the Wild Animal Park. The shuttle bus was available for both places, so it was very convenient using the bus. Also the room was very clean and kids-friendly, so my kids didn’t want to leave the hotel, especially after using the playground at the first floor. We booked two different rooms because one type of rooms has only one night left, but the lady at the front desk let us use the same Panda room for two nights, considering our inconvenience changing rooms. We enjoyed staying in this hotel and appreciate the kind service.

Acceptable room, spacious but it has some smell. Main choice of staying here is because of the fair price, near Disneyland and Airport.

The location is a little deep but is good for relax as far from shanghai city. Travel distance to city bout 1hr. Hotel breakfast is good, surrounding also hv few restauran so need no to travel far for lunch /dinner. Hotel prepare transfer to chuansha metro, Shanghai Disney, Shanghai wildlife animal park and Pudong airport by reservation.

Yes it was hard to communicate, and far away location. but still was a great stay.

Housekeeping not upto the mark. No in room dining, no laundry. Front desk staff do not pickup the call at once.

Whilst the hotel is good for airport access which is why most people were there, there is nothing to do if you need to stay more than a few hours just to sleep. The restaurant is only for breakfast. No coffee service. During the day. The hotel seems to be in 2 parts with the reception area up the side and not in the front.  Surprising it is only a few years old it looked run down. There is a very old and worn pool table with no chalk to use on the cue sticks making it difficult to play. The gym is very small.

The place is spacious and clean and totally recommend this to people visiting Shanghai Disneyland.

Happy with the stay with Novotel. The front desk service is good and the breakfast is good too. Hoitel provides shuttle bus to Disneyland as well. Will come back again. Highly recommended

You can stay in this hotel if you want to enjoy water drops right on your head while sitting on the closet. Or you need to finish your stuff within a minute before another one comes.

to begin with, this is not within the Accor club. Second, it is torn down. The location could seem to be convenient to the airport or the Disneyland, but there are more convenient locations you can choose. Will not pay a visit to this hotel again.

I had a really pleasant experience in staying in Suning Novotel. Here are a few highlights I would like to mention: 1. Excellent customer service from the receptionist. She was so helpful for my early check in & wifi connections and very attentive with every little details. 2. Breakfast - Fantastic wide range of food choices are available. Foods are delicious and very fresh. 3. Convenient location to Pudong airport and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to takes a short stay-over near Pudong airport.
