Beyond than expected. First stay in Shanghai 6 nights that very convenient to go anywhere, very close to bus station, bus stop and hotel is above Metro line 1. Not much restaurants but enough to fulfill your stomach with mcdonald KFC Lawson 7-11 and small grocery store also with small food shop nearby. Clean, no cigarettes smell, good staff and services. Laundry and dryer is good and free. It had free water drinking and tea you can refill all the time. Sohrt term or long term stay are also good here. My room nearby highways so it had high noise from traffic but I don't have a problem because I have my earplug when I travel it reduce the noise and make a good sleep a whole night. If you have a problem you might have request from reception.

Room was clean and stuff was really helpful, it was my second stay in this hotel and I would definitely recommend it and will definitely come back

The staff are very rude and not helpful. The gym only has two treadmills. Not a real gym. The rooms are near the highway so it's very noisy at night.

Perfect location, just above the Jinjiang Park metro station. The room is neat and clean, a bit small but enough for 2 adults & 1 child. They provide DIY laundry service, which is very easy and convenient to use. The reception staffs are very helpful, they are willingly to keep our taobao (online shop) delivery even before we checked-in.

The home Inn Neo saved my Shanghai trip, since I had a pretty traumatic experience with another hotel prior to this. The staff had been incredibly nice! They let me check in early and even showed me the different types of rooms so I could choose the one I liked the most. The front desk has a 24/7 service which was helpful and everybody tried their best to communicate with me in English, which I really appreciate! I highly recommend staying at the home Inn Neo.

The location was great as it was only a 1 minute walk to the metro station. The staff's service were incredible too! The amenities were great as well. This was a great stay overall :)

Nice hotel. Service from front desk and house cleaning are good. Just next to metro station. Next to it is KFC but no shopping centre near by, have to take 1 station to go to the shopping mall.

Very convenient place to stay: in the same building with the metro station Jin Jiang Park (line 1) and newly decorated clean hotel. Although a bit noisy, the windows need more sound proof, but using earplugs can help to spend a night.

Hotel was clean and close to the metro station , view was nice . The staffs were so kind and helpful. Hotel have free washing room. Very recommend it.
