We stayed here for four nights with friends during the Holy Week at Easter. Great apartment, perfect location in the centre of Seville. Near la Setas and not far from other ares of interest. Pedestrianised area so no cars. Apartment has everything that you need. The only two downsides that we found were that although the apartment was very clean, both showers had a lot of mould around the sealant. Also our en-suite had a strange arrangement of a half glazed door so no real privacy if you were using the toilet. That aside, a really great place to stay. Amazing building in the heart of old Seville!! Located in the middle of a pedestrian plaza with shops, restaurants and no car traffic. Apartment is spacious, modern and clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nice pool, small but clean and warm. There is a free laundry in the lobby which is very convenient. My only complaint is lack of privacy in the bathroom. They have a weird design and bathroom door is half frosted glass and half clear glass. The toilet is out in the open. Very uncomfortable feeling. Other than that, it’s perfect.

Perfect location in Seville! It's very central, we were able to walk everywhere. Clean, modern and spacious apartment. Easy to check in/out (door codes.) Pool was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Very clean, functional apartment. The building is very new, recently renovated, very modern. Excellent bedding, very large and very comfortable bed. It is very easily accessible. Very close to the tourist sites and entertainment of the city but in a small quiet street which has restaurants. We also appreciated the nice little swimming pool to cool off after a day of sightseeing in the heat of Seville.

Apart from the location, everything comes together to have the blues in the apartments on the ground floor. There are no windows! The patio is the entrance hall with the lighting that lights up according to the entrances and exits!!!! Cold white lighting and an all-white decoration even worse than a hospital room means that you only want to leave as soon as possible. Claustrophobes, abstain. Nothing better to spoil your vacation for a rate that is not among the cheapest.

Excellent location! Very clean, beautiful, comfortable, organized and well equipped apartment. All brand new! I loved! Highly recommend! The pool is small but the kids enjoyed it. There is a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. There are several restaurants nearby, of different prices and tastes.

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti in questa bellissima struttura che oltre ad essere in centro città, è anche dotata di tutti i confort. Due camere da letto, due bagni e un soggiorno con piano cottura e divano letto. Da non trascurare anche una piscina comune sul terrazzo, il tutto arricchito da una struttura moderna e pulita. Apartamento bem situado, mas com dificuldades de estacionamento. Tinha tudo o necessário, apenas era interior, com pouca luz natural, mas como era só para dormir, não fez muita diferença. Tem uma pequena piscina, acessível a todos os hospedes.

Solo por lo céntrico que está, merece la pena. Pero es que además son apartamentos nuevos, arreglados con mucho gusto, súper limpios ( doy fe que tienen un equipo de limpieza que no paran en todo el día). Colchones súper cómodos así como grandes. El edifico tiene una pequeña piscina que en verano tiene que ser un gran desahogo. Volvería sin dudarlo

Appartamento molto bello e ben rifinito. Accogliente e spazioso,molto pulito e curato. La piscina però troppo piccola. Posto in zona centralissima e vicino a supermercati e negozi. Da tornarci sicuramente.

Idéalement situé pour visiter Séville tous les sites sont à environ 10 à 15 mn à pied (30 mn au max pour la place d'Espagne). La literie est impeccable, il ne manque rien. le plus c'est la piscine qui est très appréciable après une bonne journée de visite Le moins c'est le manque de lumière naturelle (les fenêtres donnent sur un puit de lumière)

Location moderna nel cuore di siviglia a 1 km dalle principali attrazioni e dai mezzi di trasporto. Nel cuore della.movida ma silenzioso pulito e accogliente. La piccola piscina sul tetto una chicca per le ore troppo calde della giornata. Consigliatissimo

Nous avions réservé le loft en terrasse pour 4 personnes. Tout d'abord l'accueil est excellent et les échanges avant l'arrivée réactifs et cordiaux. Tout est neuf, propre et c'est une véritable chance de bénéficier d'une terrasse en plein coeur de ville à moins de 10 mn de la cathédrale. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon vraiment un endroit à recommander

Appartement très moderne avec décoration contemporaine. Chambre adulte très spacieuse avec lit King size. Très insonorisé. Très propre. Bon accueil et réponse rapide avant départ pour obtenir l'accès à l'hôtel. Situé au centre ville. Seul bémol le manque de fenêtres donne une impression cloîtrée. Petite piscine à l'étage. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour un petit séjour à Séville.
