"Great hotel!  The room is spacious and beautiful. Facilities are great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Got champagne and lollies for greeting at reception.  The only drawback is the location. It is about20 to 30 mins walk to the major attractions and the city center.  The hotel is value for money with the level of standard provided, comparing to the 4 star hotel at Centro. We paid 9 Euro for a cab from Centro, there is also a the bus stop right outside which makes it quite convenient."

What made the experience even better was the incredibly friendly and welcoming hotel staff, who were always happy to help and provide excellent service with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville, whether for tourism or relaxation. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"Liked - We stayed in room 201, which had a tiny balcony overlooking the pedestrianised, orange tree filled plaza and the church. The bed was huge and incredbly comfortable. The hotel was very centrally located, close to the Setas de Sevilla. Although the chuch bells ring regularly, they stopped during the night and the room proved to be quiet, despite its location at the front of the hotel. We would certainly stay here again if we were to return to Seville. Disliked · Virtually nothing. Our shower head dripped, so we simply laid it in the base of the bath. The bath towels were smaller, but we managed ok."
