An old, small and poor ventilated room with no air conditioning. The location is close to major tourist sites, but almost 30 minutes walk (mostly through the narrow pebble roads) from the train station.

Se anuncia o se publicita, con unas fotos que no son reales.
La habitación 202, es insalubre.
El baño no tiene ventilación.
Le falta luz en el lavamanos.
El plato de ducha pequeño e incómodo.
El bidet es misión imposible su uso.
No tiene una silla para sentarse,aunque en verdad,no cabe.
Adorno,un buquet floral con polvo de años.el ropero,pequeño e incómodo.
Esa habitación muy ruidosa. Ruido interior (ascensor).
No entiendo cómo tiene tres estrellas.
Todo visto desde la mencionada habitación.

This hotel cost us $2,500 Canadian for 4 nights. The caregiver for our special needs sun canceled so we brought him to Spain with us. Upon arriving at the hotel the manager told us our room only accommodates two people (******* says 3+1) and we need to book a three person room. She also informed us there would be no refund on our first booking as we were canceling on the day of our arrival, so we lost $892 CAD. Tha new 3 bed room cost $1,000 Euros ($1650 CAD) $1650.+$892 =$2542 CAD for 4 nights in a room with 2 beds and a cot. I called ******* and they weren't any help at all. They said they do not control Hotel pricing. This is my first hotel review. I feel I have no choice but to express how devastated we were by this turn of events. The reception staff showed zero compassion for our situation, offered no alternatives and, in fact, were actually defensive and argumentative. October 2025.

Wow, I honestly cannot praise this hotel more. It is simply wonderful. I arrived to a warm friendly welcome aroun 8pm, the room was spacious, clean, air conditioned (outside it was still 28 degrees) and perfect. The staff were always so lovely and helpful and smiling. Whether in reception or the rooftop bar. The views from the bar are incredible by the way. The hotel itself is quirky, historic, clean, just fantastic. I loved it here and really hope to go back sometime. Seville is magnificent and for locatoin you couldn't be better placed to explore. The entrance is picturesque too. Genuinely missing it and I recommend it so highly but also in the hope its not full when I want to return. Thank you Hotel Convento La Gloria.

Very convenient location! In the center of everything, with a beautiful restaurant on the hotel's rooftop (which we couldn't use due to the 50-degree temperature). The cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff were excellent. The only flaw with the room was the excessively noisy air conditioning and a window above the front door that didn't have a blackout blind, which made our room bright at night. We arrived by car, and the labyrinth of downtown Seville was only accessible to cars under 1.80 meters wide (Waze directs you to turn right, where you can't, but the next turn is fine).

The rooftop with its lovely bar and snacks and views especially of the cathedral is definitely a bonus. Sheets never smelled so good.
