Worst hotel stay ever and I’ve stayed in lots of hotels. This was the hotel that I was most looking forward to staying at, as well as being one of the most expensive, on our grand Spain tour but it ended up being such a let down in every possible way. The public areas are really beautiful and historical but the rooms are a disaster, all the facilities are just simply way too outdated for this age and time without significant updates. The bathroom leaks water and the tiles are not slip resistant and my friend slipped and fell. The furniture is shabby and tattered. When we first checked in to the room the rubbish from the previous guests was still in the waste bin which really is disgusting. Pillows are cheap and floppy. My honest advice is to visit the hotel for the architectural beauty and find another hotel for accommodation.

The XIII Hotel is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Spain. Living in it is like being in a palace, with scenery in every corner. The hotel service is also very good. Miss Andra at the front desk impressed me the most during this stay. Miss Andra speaks fluent English, which is rare in Spain. There will be a tour of the hotel on the day of check-in, and the whole process is explained by the lady. Finally, we will be taken to the hotel attic to overlook the panoramic view of the center of Seville. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and Spanish ham is enough to fill you up~ Although the hotel breakfast is a little expensive, I still recommend everyone to try it, it's very good 👍 Seville is also one of my favorite cities in this trip to Spain. I hope I can stay here again next time!

Construction background: It was ordered by King Alfonso XIII of Spain for the 1929 Ibero-American Exposition and took 12 years to build. It is a landmark building in Seville! A luxury hotel worth staying in! Typical neo-Moorish style!

The hotel is in the central area, a few minutes walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral! The hotel itself is so beautiful that it has become a part of the tourist check-in. The hotel front desk and the service staff who received guests were very good. But the hotel air conditioning was loud, and I don’t know if the hotel lights had problems with the sensor or something. I took the children to order room service to eat in the hotel. While eating, all the lights went out and the baby was scared! There was no response when the switch was pressed again. I called the front desk and someone came to see it soon. He came and it was fine again (but the engineering department spoke Spanish and couldn’t communicate). The room was on the first floor and it was very noisy when the car passed by outside. The baby didn’t sleep until more than 10:40. After everyone fell asleep, there was a loud knock on the door. The room service staff knocked on the wrong door to deliver tissues and woke everyone up again! ! ! ! It was a very tossing accommodation experience! ! ! ! Thank you to the front desk staff for fixing the plane for the child✈️

The hotel is in an excellent location, with attractions just outside. The breakfast is really good, and there is no extra charge for the hot dishes a la carte, and the taste is excellent. The service is very good, and it is a great experience

The hotel is like a scene from a nostalgic movie. The location is excellent. The Cathedral and Plaza de España are all within walking distance. The breakfast is rich and varied. There are not many waiters. If you need something, you have to wait for the waiter to be available and immediately signal him. The room facilities are old. You need to push and pull the toilet door hard. The spring of the Simmons mattress is old and weak, and it makes noises when you turn over.

It was very noisy because of the construction, and I waited 30 minutes at check-in time. There was a cleaning cart blocking the front door, and there was only one bathrobe and no slippers, so I had to ask for them. I was disappointed with the service because I expected too much. However, the breakfast was the best.

Pandora's box, a 5-star hotel doesn't even clean the hair of the previous tenants on the floor. I have short hair and I live alone, so I don't have such long hair.

This is the most satisfactory hotel in this trip. It is very close to the attractions and within ten minutes' walk to the palace and the church. The room is large and spacious, and the staff is very enthusiastic and responsible. The hotel is very distinctive and the elevator is very simple. The breakfast is very good, the dining environment is beautiful and there are many choices. The luggage will be delivered to the room. It is also very convenient to go out for a walk at night. It is very safe. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very beautiful. The old elevator is interesting. It is a good place to take pictures. However, you still have to walk a distance to get to each scenic spot. If you walk a lot every day, you will feel tired. It is convenient to take a taxi.

I visited for my honeymoon. I love it. Everything is just good, but it's too expensive. ㅋㅋㅋ The location is also good, so I highly recommend it👍🏻 And it's so luxurious and great.
