Or opt for the covered patio areas downstairs that feature cushioned seating, loungers, and ottomans. There are also multiple balconies, covered and uncovered, with seating, so everyone can find a place to relax and reconnect with nature without feeling too cramped Free Access to All the Clubhouses Chalet Village Community Clubhouses The Community starts at the Gatlinburg visitor's center and continues the entire length of the Gatlinburg main parkway until the end at the last red light (Ski Mnt Rd) before entering into the national park. The North Clubhouse consists of three swimming pools, two tennis courts, basketball and two pickle-ball courts, ping-pong and other outside games The South Clubhouse offers a newly remodeled workout facility, an indoor kids game room with pool table, air hockey, electronic games, tennis court, playground area and an extra large pool with a diving board and a much loved slide. The facility has some electronic games and ping pong table. Weddings The Cloud 9 Lodge has been a wedding destination for years. The stunning mountain views, easily accessible location and numerous amenities makes it a perfect wedding venue. The wedding ceremony venue located outside the lodge, is specifically designed for weddings on stained concrete with a center aisle, leading up to a large oval arch overlooking the mountains. It has large boulders along the side with stacking rock walls of landscaping. The reception venue is located next door at the north chalet clubhouse. The clubhouse includes 12 round tables, 4 six-foot tables, 2 eight-foot tables and 45 chairs, 12 black linens for the circle tables, 4 black linens for 6ft tables, 2 black linens for 8ft tables, 45 gold chargers, 45 gold napkin rings, 45 white dinner plates, 45 white coffee cups, 45 glass water goblets, and 45 glass salad plates. Two backdrops, one solid black with gold script "happily ever after" (normally displayed behind bride/ groom table at reception) the other soft floral arch for family & friends photo op. Another great photo op is an original Gatlinburg ski lift chair with mountain views behind it, located outside the clubhouse. The reception is held upstairs, the back wall is completely glass and half of the right side wall is glass that is surrounded with stunning mountain views. There is a deck located off the back wall thais the length of the clubhouse. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. It has an opening for serving and/or a bar serving area. There are other items available; large ice machine, dual coffee maker, four chafing dishes and two glass liquid dispensers. All of this for a $4,000 fee. If you are inquiring on only using the venue without the reception, in no way, shape or form can there be more than 20 people including children on the property due to the strict guidelines of the HOA and the state tourism. We will have a staff member (not a wedding coordinator) on the site at the time of the wedding and they will be responsible on collecting the chairs and verifying that all guests have departed and confirming that there are only 20 guests on the property. If you choose to use the venue only, that evening the HOA has the right at any time to check and make sure that there is only 20 guests on the property. These are strict guidelines from the Fire Marshal and the State of TN Tourism Department. If you exceed these numbers, this would violate the wedding venue contract and would result in automatic cancellation of your booking and removable from the premises. The amount for only the venue for 20 guests including the drop off and removing of the chairs is $2,000. A four night minimum stay is required, excluding the $4,000 fee. There are other cabins close by that can be rented separately for additional guests, if needed.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 18,Family gatherings and weddings.
