Although there was only a refrigerator in the room, there were vending machines and microwaves on each floor, so it was nice to be able to get a hot meal."

"This was, without question, the worst sleep experience we have ever had in a hotel. What good is convenient access if the noise level from the street is so incredibly loud that sleep is nearly impossible? Even with earplugs, the constant traffic noise was overwhelming. My husband and I stayed in Room 117, which was a room far from the highway, yet we may have gotten only two hours of sleep all night—if we were lucky. The room simply did not provide the level of comfort and rest we have come to expect from a Hilton property. We have stayed at many Hilton hotels over the years, as Hilton Honors members, which makes this experience even more disappointing. A good night’s sleep is one of the most basic expectations of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property fell far short of that standard. I urge Hilton Hotels to review the law of “diminishing returns” as it relates to this property."
