I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a Michelin starred restaurant, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to eat. Where do I start? The first thing is the fact that we were two and they gave us a table for four in a very bad spot with a bad view and at first refused to give a same size table in another better spot with better view, as it was outside (but after my complains they gave the table with better spot and view). They brought the menu cards, which was a separate shock form me. You should have seen the list of offered dishes and the prices. I am sorry, but even in Yerevan’s best restaurants, which is the capital city of Armenia, the prices are cheaper. European cuisine is not the best choice for the place in Dilijan and with prices like in Monaco. I will bring just a small example - the watermelon’s price was 4000AMD, which is approximately 11$, at the meantime, the price for the fruit per 1kg is 100AMD. In the best restaurants and cafes in Yerevan city center the price is offered maximum 2500AMD. Also, the portions of everything were small. I think the waiter was not in a very good mood. We asked for blankets several times, as we were outside and it got chilly. The waiter managed to pass near us several times and didn’t managed to fetch the blankets for us, for about 20 minutes. The dishes were ok, but not something very special, especially for that prices. While we were there, we heard the same complains about the menu and the prices from a table near us. And we all agreed that it will be the last time that we visit the place. I kindly ask the management to review their menu, as previously they had normal and suitable menu for the place, with normal prices. I think you will loose more and more clients with your new changes.
