Beautiful views, with peace and quiet all around. The room was clean, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Although breakfast wasn't a buffet, it was delicious and filling, with many choices for the main course. We truly relaxed, body and soul. The only drawback is that you can't bring food from outside the hotel, but the restaurant prices aren't too inflated.

The hotel is perfectly located in the mountains of Dilmjan. The hotel is clean, cozy, and warm, with comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent, and the hospitality is warm.

Horrible service every time!!! Staff has zero communication skills, zero soft skills, zero professionalism to host! They forget abt your order and they are never happy if you visit them only for the restaurant. Super toxic place!!! If you decide to visit for the view just walk in the field.

Customer service is terrible. After checking in we found out the bathtub is broken. The receptionist was impolite, unsupportive and rude enough that did not even try to solve the issue ASAP. Rather, she told us there was no specialist at the moment and he might come or might not the other day to fix it. When we kept persisting that we need it fixed right away or they should provide another room, they called a custodian and later a waiter to try to fix it. Eventually, the bath still was not working appropriately, the staff present were so rude and impolite that did not even pay attention to my 8-month pregnant wife and try to suggest an alternative room option or an upgrade. As a result, we were unhappy and wanted to speak with the manager to ask for a refund. They never gave us a chance to speak with the manager, and never returned the paid money. The atmosphere was so disgusting and people were so rude that we decided to just leave for another hotel immediately. Also, the road to the hotel is terrible. At least an SUV is needed to get there. There was no phones in the rooms, so for tourists it will be impossible to call the reception if they don’t have local SIM cards or a roaming option. We booked the best, luxe room which was quite old, without a fridge, it was cold and humid inside. In general, it was not an Alpine castle but a DISASTER castle!

I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a Michelin starred restaurant, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to eat. Where do I start? The first thing is the fact that we were two and they gave us a table for four in a very bad spot with a bad view and at first refused to give a same size table in another better spot with better view, as it was outside (but after my complains they gave the table with better spot and view). They brought the menu cards, which was a separate shock form me. You should have seen the list of offered dishes and the prices. I am sorry, but even in Yerevan’s best restaurants, which is the capital city of Armenia, the prices are cheaper. European cuisine is not the best choice for the place in Dilijan and with prices like in Monaco. I will bring just a small example - the watermelon’s price was 4000AMD, which is approximately 11$, at the meantime, the price for the fruit per 1kg is 100AMD. In the best restaurants and cafes in Yerevan city center the price is offered maximum 2500AMD. Also, the portions of everything were small. I think the waiter was not in a very good mood. We asked for blankets several times, as we were outside and it got chilly. The waiter managed to pass near us several times and didn’t managed to fetch the blankets for us, for about 20 minutes. The dishes were ok, but not something very special, especially for that prices. While we were there, we heard the same complains about the menu and the prices from a table near us. And we all agreed that it will be the last time that we visit the place. I kindly ask the management to review their menu, as previously they had normal and suitable menu for the place, with normal prices. I think you will loose more and more clients with your new changes.
