"Excellent hotel, we'll definitely be back again! It's beautiful, clean, with polite staff and delicious breakfasts! There's a clean, large heated pool and a bar with tasty cocktails, plus a sauna!"

"Customer service is terrible. After checking in we found out the bathtub is broken. The receptionist was impolite, unsupportive and rude enough that did not even try to solve the issue ASAP. Rather, she told us there was no specialist at the moment and he might come or might not the other day to fix it. When we kept persisting that we need it fixed right away or they should provide another room, they called a custodian and later a waiter to try to fix it. Eventually, the bath still was not working appropriately, the staff present were so rude and impolite that did not even pay attention to my 8-month pregnant wife and try to suggest an alternative room option or an upgrade. As a result, we were unhappy and wanted to speak with the manager to ask for a refund. They never gave us a chance to speak with the manager, and never returned the paid money. The atmosphere was so disgusting and people were so rude that we decided to just leave for another hotel immediately. Also, the road to the hotel is terrible. At least an SUV is needed to get there. There was no phones in the rooms, so for tourists it will be impossible to call the reception if they don’t have local SIM cards or a roaming option. We booked the best, luxe room which was quite old, without a fridge, it was cold and humid inside. In general, it was not an Alpine castle but a DISASTER castle!"

"We were the only ones in the whole hotel, which was kinda weird. We arrived pretty late, got checked in, but had a few hiccups which were soon fixed by the hotel staff. The next day, we had to rush to check out until we talked to them to give us an additional hour. I would have understood such a rush if there were lines of people standing and waiting to check in, but there was absolutely NOONE. Overall, the view is nice, and the room was ok."

"Wonderful hotel! Fresh, clean linens and spotless bungalows. The bungalows are two-story – the first floor has a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. There's a private exit to the backyard with a BBQ grill and beanbag chairs. One of the bedrooms also has a lovely balcony with a great view. It's no secret that central heating can be an issue in Armenia, so we arrived freezing and weren't expecting much warmth. But to our surprise, the house was perfectly warm! We even asked them to light the fireplace for us. It was incredibly cozy, warm, beautiful, and quiet. A true corner of peace and tranquility. And the people at the reception and the staff – they were simply wonderful and welcoming!"

"We decided spontaneously to stay one night at Dilitown Resort Spa Hotel. The thermal area is very impressive, especially the whirlpool and the outdoor pool with wave function and counter-current system. It offers very good value for money. There was one slightly uncomfortable situation in the pool area, as a woman was livestreaming and filming herself, which felt a bit inappropriate. Apart from that, the hotel and the room were very good. The TV was great as well. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was very, very warm. Overall, it was an interesting and positive experience."
