Good Hotel for a small getaway

Hotel was not 5 stars at all, rooms were dirty, dusty, mould in bathroom, and limescale. Staff in the reception were rude and the lady who is the “customer service” swearing. Bed sheets had holes in them, the cleaners broke a table and left it in the room for me to carry out (bare in mind these tables aren’t light, and I had my 1 year old daughter with me so also a hazard), remote was dusty, tea station was dusty, beds were dusty, bin was dirty. The food wasn’t great i did eat out due to this, and there was hygiene issues such as flies on the food. I did make multiple complaints about the food and room cleanliness to the lobby staff and wasn’t even given an apology - asked to speak to a manager multiple times to be told I couldn’t. Unfortunately the holiday didn’t live up to my expectations of a “5 star hotel” and I left feeling disappointed, would avoid this place all together. Only positive about this hotel is the entertainment staff who were absolutely amazing.

Went on this trip with some apprehension due to bad reviews on here but take no notice - it was a decent hotel. Warm welcome when we arrived in the early hours, not much English spoken by any staff but they were helpful and we got by. We had a family room for 4 of us - equivalent of 2 large rooms, big bathroom, loads storage space, safe, excellent AC and a stocked mini bar. Large pool area, good number of sun loungers and very clean. Animation team very busy delivering activities - join in if you want. Daily evening entertainment which was ok. Food - loads of choice and yes there was some duplication at breakfast and dinner but so much choice you can eat something different daily. 2 pool snack bars as well as restaurant and patisserie. You can literally eat from getting up to going to bed if you wanted. I'd agree it's not 5 star - more like a really good 3 star and this is reflected in the price. Nothing wrong with it and we enjoyed our stay. To improvel need to invest in more staff to provide waiter service at pool for drinks, better quality pool towels as these were very worn, new and more comfortable balcony furniture and less sugary syrups in cocktails.

Our 1st stay here for 1 week. Hotel itself is clean, bed was comfortable and most staff ok. Spa was the highlight of our holiday Renee and Ferrit gave the best massages. They both were very knowledgeable and experienced massuses. Big shout out to them, Nuri, and the spa manager. They were that good we took advantage and had a total of 4! Spa staff friendly,helpful and definitely made the experience special. The Spa was cool clean and smelt amazing,definitely a must if you go. Entertainment for us ok,3 good acts on throughout our weeks stay. Unfortunately a lot of staff looked unhappy,rude and difficult to understand us. Room well equipped however stale smell some days from shower drain but fresh towels everyday and mini fridge re stocked. Hotel has some lovely features but also many parts needed updating. Food was good,nice choice but sometimes only warm. Beach bus good, staff there not very welcoming so we only went once because of this. I appreciate everyone has different views,this is ours. Its fair and honest. Lastly once again the biggest shout out to Spa,especially Renee and Ferrit you're the best! Got in one a la carte,the fish restaurant which was really nice. Staff happy,friendly and welcoming.

We just came back from this Hotel. we stayed 4 nights. I have no words to describe! Everything is fantastic. The food, The staffs, Location . Ambiance , I strongly recommend this Hotel.

We just back couple of days ago , we’ve been there 9 days .Things we liked: The hotel is large and impressive. It needs renovation in a few places, but nothing that would hinder our stay, at least in our room. We chose a side-view room, which was spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea and a large bathroom. A nice bonus was the mini bar, which was restocked daily. The cleaning lady changed towels and made the beds daily. The food was good; everyone found something to eat all day; you couldn't go hungry. There was plenty to eat. Be prepared for more, as the hotel is huge, which means lots of guests. There are three pools and a nearby beach, also with a bar and loungers, where you get everything you'd get at the hotel. There were some activities every day, though the same ones, so my tip: the Entertainment team could have put in more effort. There was also a kids' club and an evening disco, where the same songs were sung every night for nine days. I understand that people arrive and depart daily, but it's really a bit tiresome. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a shopping hotel, unfortunately, it's far from any shopping centers. However, the hotel does have a small shop selling various items, clothes, a hairdresser, a sauna and spa, and other accessories like glasses, watches, etc. The big downside is the lack of sunbeds for so many people. Some guests left their belongings there all day and overnight, even after reserving sunbeds, which shouldn't happen. Some people left their towels in the morning and went to the beach without even using them. This should be prohibited, but otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.transfer from airports approximately hour .
