Location: The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach, providing easy access to the sea. The beach area is well-maintained and features a nice pier with sun loungers, enhancing the overall beach experience.

We stayed at this hotel for a family vacation in early October, and I definitely do not recommend it. It absolutely does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel — not even close. The rooms are outdated, the bed linens, towels, and mattresses are full of holes and completely worn out. The showerhead in the bathroom was broken beyond repair, and water barely trickled through it. We asked reception to fix it, but no one came to do anything during our entire 8-day stay. The so-called “family room” consisted of one king-size bed and a small one next to it — not two separate rooms, as is standard in 5-star hotels. Bathrobes were not provided in the room, even though hotels of this level should offer them. The pools were ice cold and completely empty — no one swam because the water was freezing. There was supposedly a kids’ area, but it was completely run-down. Angry staff members painted children’s faces while loudly arguing with each other right next to them. There was absolutely nothing for children to do. You definitely cannot call this a “family” hotel. There were almost no activities — you could say none at all. Every evening the same dance group performed, and that was it. No shows, no evening entertainment programs. Meanwhile, surrounding hotels had discos and even fireworks every night. When we asked to be moved to a proper family room with two separate bedrooms, we were constantly told they would “look into it,” claiming the hotel was fully booked. Honestly, I find that hard to believe. It felt like the more often you went to reception to ask for help, the more they disliked you — as if you were being added to some kind of blacklist. And I must say, we were extremely polite and discreet in all our requests. The food was tasty but repetitive — the same offerings every day. Between main meals, the only snacks available were fries, pancakes, and ice cream. If you choose to eat only breakfast and dinner and want something light during the day, the options are very limited. The alcoholic drinks and cocktails were poorly made and tasted unpleasant. I even felt sick after drinking a mojito. During our 8-day stay, the only thing that was changed in the room were the towels. The floors were sandy, and no one cleaned the sink, shower, or toilet even once. Overall — I do NOT recommend this hotel!!
