Gloria Serenity Resort

This is our 5th time to the Gloria Serenity and once again it hasn’t failed to live up to our expectations. As soon as we arrived through the front revolving doors and smelt the Gloria we felt as if we had come home. The food was, as always incredible, we love the breakfast buffet and the would usually be at Traces or the Italian for lunch. Evenings were spent in the Al a carte restaurants. The service always incredible and have to give a special mention to the below who all went above and beyond to make sure our experience was just perfect. Italian day: Emrah kùcùkçalgaz and Nurt okur Italian night:Zonal abidin karcì, Syida and Bayram French:Selcan kaçar and Güven tolo Japanese: Tugay and NUrullah My review would be incomplete if I didn’t mention The Pier, this is where we spent every day from 8am till 5pm. We come away to relax and here is the perfect spot. It is made all the better by the friendly staff there. From Durmuş who makes sure the pier is spotless, this guy does not know the meaning of sitting down, his energy is incredible, to the life guards, Abdudllah, Berkay and special mention for the wonderful Yuans, a smile for everyone. Now for the incredible bar staff, Gökhan, Buse and the amazing Emanuel, this guy is a credit to the Gloria hotel, the pier would not be what it is without him. To us he is the standout employee of the whole resort. If I had to give one slight negative it would be the evening entertainment in the lobby terrace bar, it was the same songs sung by different people, in 15 nights there were only 2 good acts. We do always say we need to try somewhere else but just do not believe anywhere else can beat it. Well till next time, already looking forward to it.

7 night stay with 5 rounds of golf. Fantastic setting with lots of choice for food. Whilst we did have an all inclusive package we decided as before to pay extra for the a la carte restaurants. This proved to be a very wise choice as the quality of offerings was superb. The only improvement would be a wider selection of wine as I found the table wine very acidic and not to my taste. The rooms were very clean comfortable and quiet. The aircon was however restricted and I found the room at 21 degrees too warm. Also as with all hotels the fashion seems to be lots of small led lights on phones switches and smoke detectors that twinkle all night so not pitch black. Great beach facility with plenty of beds plus a pier with a bar covering all tastes Pools were plentiful if a little cool. Staff were curtious and attentive had good English and just about always sorted any issues. Apart from curtesy bus that failed to wait for us and sped past whilst we sat inside (the chap in the main reception could only shrug his shoulders and say the driver was on a tight schedule and if not outside he would not stop. Not the answer we wanted and left an unpleasant feeling for the day !) We hope to return in the near future which suggests any criticism is minor.

Had a fabulous two week holiday at Gloria Serinity, even though I was not well when I arrived and my husband went down with gastroenteritis in the second week. I would thoroughly recommend this resort to anyone whether they were golfers or beach seekers.

Gloria Serenity Resort Belek A wonderful hotel with a beautiful green area and beach. Food and drinks of a premium class hotel. Care from the staff and focus on the wishes of the client. I am extremely satisfied with my stay there. As the only drawback I can point out too few sun loungers on the beach in the direction of the guests towards the hotel. As well as the difficulty of scanning the QR code on the umbrellas.

Fantastic experience from arrival to departure. Excelent services and accommodation, great variety of food, very careful landscaping and thoughtful choice of staff.

The food at the main restaurant buffet was delicious. We tried several à la carte restaurants, but our favorites were definitely the *French and Italian restaurants*. The *presentations were beautiful and the flavors were excellent*. The *soufflé at the French à la carte* was especially impressive — *well done to Chef Hasan*! During our stay at Serenity Hotel, we were once again impressed by the flawless service that made us feel truly special at every moment. *In the mornings and afternoons*, our assistant *Mr. Sedat*, who was responsible for the restaurants and snack areas, ensured everything ran perfectly. His quick coordination, solution-oriented approach, and warm attitude kept guest satisfaction at the highest level. *At the bars*, the quality of the drinks, the organization of the service, and the professionalism of the team were truly outstanding. *Bar Service Manager Mr. Veysel* personally followed every detail, maintaining top-tier standards throughout our stay. *In the evenings*, our overall service assistant *Mr. Emre* added great value to our experience with his elegance, hospitality, and constant availability. We sincerely thank him for quickly and efficiently addressing all our requests. And of course, *Mr. Özkan Çelik*… With his ever-positive energy and sincere attitude, he created a warm and welcoming atmosphere wherever he was. His presence truly made our holiday more joyful and memorable. Thanks to this dedicated and professional team, every vacation at Serenity becomes an unforgettable experience.
