I had an amazing stay at Papillon Aicha in Antalya! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect – the warm welcome, the comfortable rooms, the delicious food, and the beautiful atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was always attentive, professional, and ready to help with a smile, which made my holiday truly unforgettable. I would like to give a special thank you to Diana, one of the hotel’s animators. She is full of energy, kindness, and positivity. She made every activity so much fun and created such a friendly and joyful atmosphere . Diana truly went above and beyond to make everyone feel included and happy, and I really appreciate her efforts.

We travelled in UK Half Term for 7 days. Couple with kids 10 and 6 along with grandparent. Package with Jet2. We had visited Turkey previously. Good Slides are great for the kids. Lifeguards are flexible with kids being less than 1.2m and generally anything goes on the slides. I’d recommend parental supervision as it can get a bit wild. Pools heated and warm for swimming Bar Staff at the Beach and round the pool are excellent. Drinks selection really good. Lots of other activities at the kids club albeit we didn’t use it but we did choose to have a day out at Land of Legends. Good variety of food available at the buffet. Mini disco was enjoyed by our 6 year old. Beach is nice and you can walk right along the coast both ways. Beach shoes should be considered for the sea which is stony in parts. Bad Drinks table service in buffet and beach restaurant was consistently poor. Standard room very small for 4 people. General lack of organisation in all restaurants in terms of locating a table. Some nights it was chaos. A La Cartes are not worth it. Nothing special food wise and you’re better off eating in the buffet. The token 5 € per person charge is ridiculous for all inclusive. Reception staff generally rude. Check in at 1am was weird. Didn’t even get told our room number but we worked it out. Please carefully consider booking this hotel if you have allergens. Staff awareness is non existent especially in the a la carte restaurants. One of our party was Gluten Free are there was very little on the menu. We had a poor experience at the Italian a la carte and ended up leaving after waiting an hour and a half for the main course. No apology albeit conceirge desk did waive charge after some debate. For the record we had emailed the hotel ahead of our stay and confirmed at check in about one of our party having allergens. We also advised this when booking the a la cartes. We received no response or acknowledgment on all three occasions. Two of our party were ill during the stay with sickness. One from the Mexican A La Carte. This hotel seems to mainly cater for European and Russian Guests. If you’re British you can get a better experience at another hotel.
