Rixos Park Belek - the Land of Legends Access

Hotel Review: Rixos Park Belek – 6-Night Stay After spending six nights at Rixos Park Belek, I would say that this hotel offers very good value, especially if you visit during the lower season. We paid approximately €1,345 for our stay, which I found quite reasonable considering the overall experience. The package also included one complimentary dinner at an à la carte restaurant of our choice. Based on my experience, here is a more detailed review of the property. Food:
The main buffet restaurant provided a fairly consistent menu throughout the week, with only minor variations depending on the evening’s theme. Personally, I found that the themed nights didn’t add much in terms of quality it felt more like a combination of various dishes brought together under a theme rather than a carefully curated experience.
The fruit selection could be improved; the only freshly cut fruits available were melon, oranges, and grapefruit, while the rest were served whole. The overall quality was decent but not exceptional.
Other dining options, such as the People’s Restaurant and the Orient Snack Restaurant, offered similar food in both variety and quality, which I would describe as just average. To be honest, I was not fully satisfied with the culinary experience. Restaurants: The main restaurant’s service was fine, but we were disappointed that the à la carte options weren’t really accessible there just weren’t enough seats. We’re not the kind of guests who can eat buffet-style for seven days straight or the same menu in the all day restaurant (the peoples). Bad weather made reservations impossible, and other dining options were closed. For a well-booked hotel, that felt poorly managed. Everyone ended up crowding into the buffet, and the staff looked overwhelmed. We couldn’t really enjoy our meals with the lack of space, empty tables, and stretched service. Who you could also see the poor staff looks really overwhelmed that time. Beverages:
On the other hand, the beverage selection was excellent. There was an impressive range of cocktails and other drinks to choose from, and the quality was notably high — especially when prepared by the more skilled bartenders. I was particularly impressed with the cocktails served at the Piano Bar; they were consistently well-crafted and beautifully presented. Staff:
The staff, in general, were wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and attentive to guests. Although a few team members struggled a bit with English, they always did their best to assist. One guest relations clerk, unfortunately, seemed less approachable and had some difficulty understanding us, she even didn’t know how much is the Ala-carte restaurant gonna extra cost in the first time, which might be due to the hotel’s strong focus on Russian-speaking guests. Which I said its not that well managed if u hardly speak english to working in the front of the house.
