Everything is very shabby and there are a lot of inadequate alcoholics (apparently regular guests). Good food and staff.

We spent a beautiful stay in the villa for 2/3 people, very restful and comfortable. Very secure too. The villas are really extraordinary as on the photos. The dream! Well maintained and all equipped. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and is located in the heart of the city. There are also some shops next to 400m to make your races. Go closed your eyes, with guaranteed in a luxury place.

Outdated and sometimes dirty Mainly in common area toilets. Staff attitude is not nice and management is poor. The prices of the (not included ) items are much over than those in 5 stars hotels around which I stayed earlier this week. It’s a pity such a place in this way of management. Beach front , pools are nice

Everything is very good Room cleaning suffers And a 4-star hotel should definitely provide slippers and dental kit

The new hotel has high cleanliness and can prevent coronavirus. There is a staff member who speaks Russian at the front desk. Breakfast is the same every day. There are no towels in the pool.
