3-Star Hotels in Seoul

We booked the family suite for our girls trip of 4 people so we can be in the same room during our stay. We arrived a bit earlier before the check in time but the staff was kind enough to let us in since it was ready. The room is well maintained and very spacious even after we put our suitcases down. On the day we were supposed to check out, we joined a local tour so we had to leave our luggage at the hotel, we appreciated that they were well kept for a whole day. In terms of the location, the area is relatively quiet compared to other popular districts but still convenient.

Hotel offers free cultural tour to Namsam Hanok village where we learn how to make Korean lanterns. For two and a half hours, we were introduced to ancient living quarters and customs. We even received a beautiful book mark as a gift.

We booked a family twin edge room. Size is good for a family of 4. Condition of the room is excellent. It is super accessible to myeongdong shopping street and train station. Situation at the opposite of Lotte Department made shopping super convenient. I would want to stay in this hotel if I were to return to Seoul.

I've booked the basement room for 1 night. Good location and easy to find. The room is very clean and no bad smell! Overall is over my expectations. I will come back again!

My no.1 hotel in Seoul, the location was great you can connect both metro and bus in front of hotel and airport limousine drop you directly. Surrounded by Hannam and nice restaurant. Olive young and footlocker just spotted in front of hotel. If you dont mind about noisy this alternative was great !

Holiday Inn Express is conveniently located next to Hongik University Metro Station Exits 4 and 5. It's near the main Hongdae shopping street, with several good restaurants that open till late. Hotel's breakfast spread is decent. Hotel staff are hospitable and efficient.

Stayed for 5 nights here in the beginning of May 2024. Stayed in a double bedroom and asked for a quiet room and they were able to accommodate the request. No toothbrush, shampoo, etc cuz they going environmentally friendly. The washroom and shower was separate which is good! I stayed in room 610.

Loved it so much, this is my second time staying here. Fantastic location - centrally located, can get anywhere in 10-30 mins. Bus stop right in-front of the hotel and Sinsa station 5 mins away. There’s a 7-11 next to the hotel. There’s food places around the Garousu-Gil shopping area - lots of the locals hang out there. There’s a cafe (lobby) and rooftop bar in the hotel. 10 mins walk to the Airport bus stop - super convenient to take the bus to/from the airport. Rooms are clean and minimalist. Just take note that amenities are limited as this is an eco friendly hotel. If you are travelling with someone bring or buy additional soap/shampoo as its bar soap/shampoo/conditioner (1 bar each). If you don’t want your room cleaned daily - hotel does leave a bag of clean towels and water top up at your door. Floor space it’s good to open 3 large suitcases flat. There are slots under the bed to keep 2 suitcases just like their photos show. Only thing lacking is hanging space - towel and clothes. Loved the free Dear Klairs skincare samples. Store was located down the street from the hotel, picked up a few things because of the samples. You can keep your luggage in the lobby so you don’t need to pay extra for a locker.

The room we got was 15 m2 which is just big enough for a double bed to fit inside and nothing else. The bathroom/shower was great and more than big enough. The location is great as well as there is a big market with lots of local food to eat an many coffee shops nearby. The closes shrine is about 15 minutes walking so the location is pretty good overall. I dont really have anything negative to say but if you need a lot of space then this is not the room for you.

I have to say the location of the hotel is superb. Near Myeongdong and there is a subway exit 9, right in front of the hotel. The airport shuttle is also prob about 100m away and make it really easy for us to move to the airport. Although the room is small but the convenience over compensated everything. Breakfast spread is ok as well given the price and there is K ramyun we can eat with dedicated staff cooking it for us.
