The location is good and thr staff is very helpful. The only negative comment i have is that our door in 1702 is a little hard to open/close.

The location wasn’t bad. It was close by a bunch of eateries and if you wanted to go out on the town, it’s a good spot. It is also not far from KSPO Dome which is the main reason I booked the room. Unfortunately, those are the only positives. The room I was given looked nothing like the images on the site. The place was dusty, which triggered my allergies. The towels and robes did not seem clean, I was so skeptical about whether I should use them. There was no turn down service, which was disappointing because every hotel room I’ve been in so far has had that. I would leave my room to go out for the day and come back with a fresh set of towels, a freshly made bed and replenished amenities. This place didn’t do that. And the only amenities was a tiny bar of soap. There wasn’t even a kettle in the room to boil water for the tea they left. The place just seemed more like a dingy motel than a hotel. I didn’t feel comfortable staying in that place at all. The staff were sweet, they smiled and greeted me. But honestly speaking, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Lovely stay! We only spent 1 day, so I don't have too much to say. However, the staff was polite, the room was clean and we were provided with free water and coffee on the 2nd floor. I would stay here again :)

Booked a suite and had a window with a view of a brick wall. Was looking forward to being able to see the city. Checked in and went up to the room and plugged my phone charger into the wall and tripped the breaker for the entire room. Had some problems with the key not working.

I arrived two hours early, but they let me in. The front desk staff was very kind. There was only one piece of trash in the room, but they handled it well so I overlooked it. I'd like to stay here again.

Booking to watch the concert is good based on the location alone, but there are other options, such as Hongdae and Dongdaemun. Although you need to take a bus, at least the surrounding environment is better, and you can walk around safely at night. Here, there are many HOTEL STAY and MOTEL when going out, and there are many groups of people drinking and smoking on the roadside, which is quite uneasy. The room space is good, but the facilities are simple, the bathroom floor in the room is wet, and the cleanliness is not good. good.

There were a lot of good restaurants around the hotel, so it was great for a date! It was close to the station so it was easy to use. The facilities are clean and I had a good rest~ Above all, the free cider on the 2nd floor is the best👍🏻

It's located in a place with a variety of transportation and food options, so it's a great place to hang out all night long. I had a great time with friends I haven't seen in a while.

The air conditioner in the room can't be turned down and there is always a smell. The price-performance ratio is average

The room itself had a clean impression, but I was very disappointed that there was hair on the side of the bathrobe and cup. (4th and 5th photo) I only stayed there for a concert in Jamsil and only went back to sleep, so I have no complaints other than the cleaning. It is close to Lotte World Tower and Sokchon Lake, but the street where the hotel is located is a downtown area, so women may want to be a little more careful when going out at night. There are many bars and motels, so it is noisy at night. When I checked in after 22:00, I was worried about the noise from outside, so I talked to the front desk and had them change to another room. The room was spacious enough to open a large suitcase. The bathroom has a structure that makes the floor soaked, so it is not very convenient to use, but it was good that the bathtub was large.
