The room is small and it doesn’t provide toothbrush and shower cap. Check in / out is done via kiosk. Would prefer reception counter

The hotel location is excellent. The rooms are a little small, especially if they give you a corner room, but it is okay. My only criticism is that the breakfast is not worth it at all. If you want to stay here do not book breakfast.

Everything was good. The staffs were nice and helped us to get the room that we want. One thing was disappointing and not very sensible was they refused to provide pillow and duvet for kid because they said the children are free for the stay. I appreciate they don't take surcharge for children but this is the term they offered, shouldn't take the right away from my booking.

Cool hotel with robot check in and a good breakfast as well. Rooms are small as expected in Korea but everything was good and the location was perfect for us - right outside the subway exit

The hotel is in a good location, right next to myeongdong streets. Very convenient, clean, great amenities. Easy check in and out, staff are very friendly and helpful. Will stay in Henna Hotel again.

My 2nd time staying here. Thought I could request for additional pillows last year, but this option is not available in the system this time. The toilet being separated from bathroom and vanity area outside of bathroom is a great idea.

I love everything about the hotel except there was no iron :( How could a hotel not have the basic neccessities. Location wise it's 2 mins from the nearest Myeongdong exit. Cleanliness was top tier and love the Genie feature in the bedroom~

The location is great and the unit is high quality (though I would prefer a sink in the toilet area). The robot check in thing is okay but means that if you have any questions or requests, it is a bit of a hassle to handle. There is a large animatronic dinosaur in the lobby...

Good location... near airport limo drop off/pick up. Compose coffee and mega coffee just round the corner. We had fun with the smart room and robots knocking at our door! Nice hotel for kids and some adults who behave like a kid??

Great location right next to (very touristy) Myeongdong, so perfect for first time travelers! Hotel is mostly automated, but the few service people you see are very helpful and welcoming. Also very close to metro for easy travel across the city

This place saved me from the horrible experience at 3guesthouse myeongdong. It's clean it's quite convenient and it's quiet. It's modern and it is a comfortable stay. Only downside is that it is a lil bit small for 3 luggages!

After doing some research I learned that most hotel rooms in Seoul are small and cozy, and this was no exception. However we were very pleased with this hotel. Great location, especially for first-timers like ourselves, clean, quiet, and a decent breakfast available in the mornings. I would definitely consider staying again!

Henn na Hotel Location: 2 mins walk from Myeongdong Station exit 10. Self check in was easy at the counter. Hotel was opened in 2021, so still fairly new. Robots and Dinosaurs greeting you at main lobby. Room is about 16-17 sq meters. Enough space to open luggage fully. Note: Toothbrush not included. Can be purchased at 1000 won each. Overall, love the location.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. it wasn't too far away from the train station, even exit 1 at Myeongdong (the one with the elevator) just requires us to cross the road and that's it. the staff were friendly, yes, even the dinosaurs and robots manning the reception area. room was clean (pictures were taken only on the last day because we forgot before that). there's a chance we were blessed with a big room (according to the emergency floorplan). we had ample space to leave our luggage open, although it'll be good to have a luggage stand so it's easier for a preggy like me to pack our luggage. surprised there was a bathtub, tho small but it works. my husband didn't like that the toilet bowl is separate from the bathing area, but it didn't bother me too much. however, we enjoyed the automated bidet and butt dryer.
