With the price including 2 breakfasts. It is good but the design of the shower room with no. Curtain is not good.

The location is excellent—very close to Myeongdong street food. The hotel is clean, spacious enough for many suitcases, offers self check-in, and it’s best to avoid breakfast during peak hours.

The room is small and it doesn’t provide toothbrush and shower cap. Check in / out is done via kiosk. Would prefer reception counter

The hotel location is excellent. The rooms are a little small, especially if they give you a corner room, but it is okay. My only criticism is that the breakfast is not worth it at all. If you want to stay here do not book breakfast.

Location: very close to downtown  Room size: we were stayed at triple beds room, it was too small, we can’t really move around the room easily. Cannot open two luggages. Services: good. Have WOW machine so very convenient for tourist to buy new card/add money.

Location is fantastic. Very accessible to Myeongdong station in just 3min . Tap water is either too hot and also the flow is too slow when you put it all the way to the cold side. Shower and toilet rooms are separated, in two different side of the hotel room. Hotel check in is self-check in using the machine, if require assistance, would need to call up at reception counter for the receptionist. The toothbrush and toothpaste are available at a cost. Washing machine and dryer are also available to use at the hotel. Room is clean. Just as how it is in shown in the pictures. Pillows however, there are only 2, for a queen size bed. In total and when request for more, they could not provide. Pillows are really soft.

The location is good, but the room is very small. I booked a room with 3 beds and we literally had no space to open our suitcase. So my recommendation is for single people, not for families! We also had a baby stroller so we literally had no space to move. We had to put the suitcase on the bed in order to open it and take out the clothes. Definitely not recommended for families with small children.

Everything was good. The staffs were nice and helped us to get the room that we want. One thing was disappointing and not very sensible was they refused to provide pillow and duvet for kid because they said the children are free for the stay. I appreciate they don't take surcharge for children but this is the term they offered, shouldn't take the right away from my booking.

Cool hotel with robot check in and a good breakfast as well. Rooms are small as expected in Korea but everything was good and the location was perfect for us - right outside the subway exit

The hotel is in a good location, right next to myeongdong streets. Very convenient, clean, great amenities. Easy check in and out, staff are very friendly and helpful. Will stay in Henna Hotel again.

My 2nd time staying here. Thought I could request for additional pillows last year, but this option is not available in the system this time. The toilet being separated from bathroom and vanity area outside of bathroom is a great idea.

I love everything about the hotel except there was no iron :( How could a hotel not have the basic neccessities. Location wise it's 2 mins from the nearest Myeongdong exit. Cleanliness was top tier and love the Genie feature in the bedroom~
