Love love the location. Hidden in the charming part of Seoul, just beside an actual market, so we had fun buying the fruits and ginseng from the stores. The train station is just 8 mins walk (you got to cut through the market) with the lift access on the same side as our road. It is very useful for us as we travelled with a toddler who is still using strollers. Our unit was installed with one washer and one dryer, so it was super convenient to wash our clothes. Owner was also kind enough to give us washing detergent during our stay. Appreciate heaps! One thing to note: their double beds are much smaller than standard Queen, hence you will likely need to squeeze if you are not Asian. In fact, we let our kids sleep on the double bed as even us Asian find it tough to sleep on it.

The room is very simply furnished, with a round table and four chairs in the living room, two beds in two rooms, a dressing table in the larger room, wardrobes in both rooms, and an automatic drying and ironing device in the small room, which can dry clothes while making them brand new. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, but the bath water will overflow from the bottom of the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are all available. I checked online and found that it is a local brand, anti-hair loss, and it is very good to use. I originally wanted to buy a set to take back. The supporting facilities are all provided according to four people, but there is one thing that is strange. I booked a room for three days, but only got mineral water once. If I booked once a day, should four bottles be delivered every day? Overall, it is a very good accommodation experience. Because it is a new store, the facilities are new and clean.
