Room was spacious and clean. Came with great tech - large TV, AI controlled room panel, clothes steamer/disinfector :) Would highly recommend!

The service staff were very nice. The room was spacious. I was shocked to see a hotel with wet and dry areas that were not separated for the first time. The bed was very big but a little soft. I was afraid of fighting over the quilt when two people slept together, so I wanted to ask the front desk for another quilt. However, they said that it would cost extra to add a quilt. This was something I had never encountered before when I stayed in a hotel. It was not an extra bed, so why did they charge for the quilt? There was a light at the emergency exit next to the door that could not be turned off, which was very uncomfortable for people like me who had to sleep in a completely dark environment. Then there was a problem with the sound insulation. Generally, if the sound insulation of a hotel is not good, you can only hear the sound from outside or next door. In this hotel, you can hear the sound of people walking upstairs in the middle of the night. It was too outrageous. Oh, and there was a dripping sound from the ceiling at the shower head in the bathroom. I guess the people upstairs were taking a shower.

All the staff were friendly, and although I was worried about the mechanical parking, I was glad that they provided valet parking. When I first checked in and there was a problem with the room I was in, they quickly moved me to another room, which I was grateful for. I think it's better than other accommodations nearby, so I would like to visit again!

Seoul Asan Hospital and Lotte World are close, so I checked in here after playing at Lotte World and rested. The room condition is also very good, and although it is on a low floor, it has amenities and a styler, and it is much better than a 4-star hotel. Asan Hospital is really close, so I definitely recommend it to those who are going to the hospital.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and nice. It was nice to receive wine during the event. The location was also close to Jamsil Station, so it was great.

I got a place to stay near Lotte World in Jamsil. It was newly built and clean and nice. It was even better because there was a styler.

The sanitary conditions are OK, but the floor is too low and you need to call for cleaning

It was really nice that Lotte World and Lotte Tower were close. It's less than 10 minutes on foot. I was worried that the route would be too long when taking the kids, but it was close enough to walk with a young child! I was also very satisfied with the breakfast for the price-to-performance ratio :) I couldn't take pictures of the inside of the hotel because it was so busy, but it was clean, the floor wasn't cold, and the boiler was warm, so I had a warm 2 nights!

It was my first time there so I was worried, but the facilities were clean and it was nice that it was close to the bus stop.

Convenient location. A few steps away is a street of restaurants. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Olympic Park. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Lotte World and the artificial lake. The room size is not small for a budget hotel. There is English service at the front desk. Although the breakfast is simple, the sandwich tastes very good. There are two choices. I personally approve of it. It is a good choice in this area.
