Loved this hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and really made the place. The rooms are pretty basic but comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The view is spectacular and it’s really peaceful. The pool area is lovely! It’s 10k per hour for late checkout and they have full sized towels which seems to be rare in Korea. The breakfast was simple but decent, even for me with a gluten intolerance. Although the location isn’t great, they do have their own little Convenience store setup in the lobby to grab some drinks and snacks. The walk into town is about 15/20 minutes but there’s not much going on around there.

By far the best hotel we stayed at in Jeju. We had the suit with a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. We loved our room and the bed was heavenly. Breakfast could be improved (variety) but there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around the island if you want something different.

This resort is awesome! Toilet is very good, the bathroom (and bathtub), basin, and toilet are separate. Snowed during our stay, view is excellent.

The entrance is dark no light at night. Sign of the hotel is not visible at all. Need to improve. Service staff is kind and helpful. A big thumbs up although they’re English not very good. Overall happy with the room except there are no toothbrushes and only one tower for couples. Yes we can ask but I think it’s a human error

It was clean and the surrounding Sanbangsan Mountain was a great view. There was also a place nearby where you could see the sunrise, so I was very satisfied.

If you have young children, Y Resort is even better for swimming I visited this summer as well It's a simple menu, but the free breakfast is good I'm satisfied with the swimming pool The location is also great with the view of Sanbangsan Mountain

The hotel location, room space, and cleanliness were all good. The breakfast was also delicious.. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and it is a hotel I would like to come back to. ..

The counter staff were very friendly, and I thought the store on the lobby floor would be expensive, but the price was reasonable, so I used it well. It was nice to be able to take a foot bath and have a swimming pool. I plan to use it on my next business trip as well.

The hotel room is very clean, it is very convenient for a family to travel, and the hotel facilities are very satisfactory

The bathroom is spacious and easy to use, It had a sea view and breakfast was nice. However, we would appreciate it if you paid attention to the cleanliness of knives, spoons, and forks during breakfast.

It is a comfortable environment with a direct view of the ocean, the room is wider than expected, there are many things to do, and I especially liked the simple breakfast.
