The hotel thoughtfully arranges round-trip transfers from the station and a warm welcome in the lobby. The open-air bath faces the Hirose River, which makes bathing in the hot springs feel leisurely. The indoor bath is spacious and luxurious, and you can enjoy the snow scenery outside the large bright glass window. The warm yukata jacket is comfortable and beautiful. Dinner and breakfast for one stay and two meals are all buffet, and the dishes are made with fresh ingredients and are simple and delicious. A variety of handmade coffees, teas, wines and snacks are provided in the lobby leisure area. You can taste them quietly and enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window. You will not feel bored if you are active in the hotel all day long. It is a hot spring hotel worth a return visit.

The hot spring view is beautiful, the breakfast and dinner are very good, the room is new, big and the view is very good, there is a hanging chair on the terrace.

You feel at home, and you can feel the care and attention to management in the hotel! The food is very delicious, the chef prepares it on the spot, and it’s super warm! It’s a big container, and you can taste a lot of different types of coffee! Will stay again if I have the chance!

The ryokan is located in a quiet mountain, so it's great for healing. The dinner buffet was also delicious and great! I want to stay 2 nights next time. I highly recommend it.

My friend's child has a disability and cannot enter the hot springs by himself, so the room he was given was the type without a bath. When I asked about it, they changed it to a room with a bath. It was an extra 20,000 yen, but it was a really nice room, with an open-air bath and a hammock, so we had a lot of fun.

The staff are very friendly and although it is a buffet, most of the food is made to order, which is nice.

This is my second stay, it's wonderful. As good as I remember. The ingredients are carefully selected, of high quality and in season. The cooking is done by the master on the spot, and the combination and skills are good. The desserts are the most amazing. You must try its chestnut cake while chestnuts are still in season. Its deliciousness is hard to find in dessert shops in Tokyo. The scenery is as beautiful as ever. Looking at the mountains and forests all day long is one of the great enjoyments in life.

房間不大，甚至沒有浴室。洗浴大毛巾都沒有。必須去温泉池。吃的雖是自叻歺。但是日式洋酒飲料盡喝食料味道好，也很豐富，很值。自然私湯岡景美（女湯）洗浴用品豐富，但男湯就簡單，所以稱美女湯。交通方便，從仙台站出發40分鐘內就到。

The hotel is run by the Ichinobo chain. Not sure if this has changed but we thought it wonderful! We had a room with private onsen tub on the deck overlooking the hillside. The room was minimalistic Japanese decor and very comfortable and quiet. We loved the hotel so much we spent a whole day just enjoying the onsen and activities. The food is terrific, as good or better than we have had at other ryokans. It is buffet but everything is prepared for you at each station, and there are many choices. Liquor (wine, beer sake, hard liquor) is included. The outdoor onsen is spectacular and has 4 pools of different temperatures and depths, and looks out on the river. Indoor onsen is large with big windows. Everything well maintained. So many special touches, such as special coffee options and snacks in the lounge, outdoor terrace with reflecting pool, monkeys who come to visit, the ‘wayside’ type cafe near the onsen, afternoon ice cream, live music some evenings and more! We were the only non-Japanese the first night and one other person only on the second night. I’d come back in a heartbeat! BTW, we are picky!

This is my second stay here.It's an all-inclusive hotel where you can spend a relaxing and quiet time.Everything is included in the accommodation price except for the souvenirs from the shop, so you can spend your stay without having to carry your wallet.Beer, wine, and highballs are available in the salon at the back of the lobby. We also have hand-drip coffee, so you can enjoy all of them.At night, we held a record cafe. There are also days when there is live piano music.Meals are buffet style, but each corner offers freshly prepared food prepared by chefs.This is my second stay here, and one of the deciding factors was that the food was delicious. There are many types of all-you-can-drink options, so even those who like alcohol will be satisfied.The room is small, with just a bed and a chair, but you can relax there.One thing that I thought was a mistake was the way the room looked. I was able to take a bath. It was called a hot spring club, but the elevator was far away, which was a bit of a hassle.

I stayed at Seiryukan Deluxe King Double with open-air bath 40㎡ + Terrace 12㎡. The Hammock Terrace Superior Twin on the 2nd floor of the same building where I stayed last year was also good, but it also had an open-air bath and a great view on the 5th and 6th floors and higher floors. The Satoyama area spreads out in front of you and it feels great. The open-air bath smells like wood and is spacious. You can stretch your legs. I can fit two people. The blind sliding door can be moved freely and closed, and you can also look out from the bathtub. Bathrobes were also provided which was very convenient. It is longer than Matsushima Ichinobo. The beds are king size, so perhaps they are conscious of foreign guests. The meal included more desserts and was delicious. We were also given a menu, which we didn't have last year. I would like to visit again.

I made a reservation and stayed in late October to enjoy the autumn leaves. My room was in Seiryukan, facing the mountain in front. It's nice to see the autumn leaves in the salon, but being able to have the view all to yourself from your room was the best. I've stayed here several times, but this time of year is the best. (The price was good too) The food and baths were good. Sakunami feels smaller than Matsushima. There aren't many types of food, but the quality is good. Ichino-san also runs a yakiniku restaurant, and the beef tongue is delicious because they use the meat from there. The Sendai beef steak is also a good piece of meat, juicy, tender, and delicious. I previously stayed in the hot spring club building, but the view at Seiryukan was by far the best. The scenery will be as shown on Ichinobo's website. It is also convenient to go to the bathroom. Seiryukan is said to be undergoing renovation work and will be reopened in May next year, so I'm looking forward to it. The siphon coffee made at the salon was delicious. The hot spring buns and gelato available for 2 hours from 3pm are also delicious. We recommend that you have it as soon as you check in.

The entrance is spacious and open, and the lounge has a wide variety of beverages. I was happy that there were two types of wine from Akiu Winery. The bath was spacious and had good hot water. It's also fun to tour the various open-air baths. Dinner is buffet style and crowded, so it's not like you can relax and enjoy your meal. The rooms are relatively compact. It may be a little different if you visit with the feeling of a hotel where you can spend a relaxing time enjoying meals and hot springs as a couple. I think that it is good to enjoy with friends.
