Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very strategic and nice view from our room. Breakfast is nice and everything was good.

Supposely they provide telephone in every room .. having difficulties to reach their receptionist .. This our 2nd time check in there ... no slipper in room. .. little bit disappointed with cleanliness of the room and under expectation their breakfast 🤭🤭

Great location, although it may be a bit noisy during evening time due to the bars near by. Room size is good for me, as a solo traveller, even with a huge luggage. And as I dive every day during my stay, balcony is a plus to drive and hang my equipments. And I’m happy with re mattress. There’s no fridge in the room - but I guess it’s the same in all hotels in that area.

We did not expect such a small private property of hotel with this cheap price can provide so lovely and clean room , room is super clean , not very big but enough for 2 person and with all basic equipment that u need , simple breakfast and helpful staff , everything is good , will come back again if have chance .

The hotel conditions in Semporna itself are average. The room facilities are OK for this price. At least there are shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. But the location of Haifeng is very good. It is the best choice for people who want to learn diving and go to sea. There is a pier downstairs and several restaurants. This is the only slightly prosperous area in the whole Semporna.

11/10 would book again. Super clean, lots of amenities (stove, laundry, kitchen), free bread and instant noodles. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Best accommodation for its price point, highly highly recommend!!

Nice view from the hotel balcony, near with shops and eateries. The room is medium size and can fit with 2 children. Value for money. Good place to stay if you plan to have day trip to nearby island.

If you buy seafood, the chef can process it for a fee. The hotel provides a car to the pier and town. If you tell the boss 30-40 minutes in advance, he will satisfy you. The local big grab seems to charge different fees according to different time periods. In addition, I forgot to bring my bag when I went out the next day after the first night of my stay. I found that my RMB and MYR were half gone when I came back at night. After telling the hotel, I would check the surveillance to help confirm. As a result, there was no feedback the next morning. I contacted Ctrip and they said that the hotel cooperated with me to call the police. I want to say that I am alone with my baby and I want to call the police. My personal safety is not worth mentioning compared to the 800 yuan. Why do I remember it so clearly? Because I ordered RMB myself the night before, and I also took the Malaysian ringgit in the town the night before, so I remember it clearly that half of it was missing. After arguing with the hotel manager for a long time, the hotel manager said that he would compensate me in full, but for various reasons, I took half, and told the hotel manager that the remaining half would be returned to me after you find the thief. In fact, the hotel cleaners are all locals, and they are really not worthy of any trust. There are two Chinese and one Malaysian Chinese in the hotel, and of course they are very nice.
