We back from island and booked Seafest hotel which located at the centre of Semporna town. Nearby to many facilities like restaurants and souvenir shops. Hotel has a swimming pool for kids to swim around. We have dinner at nearby seafood restaurant and the food is amazingly delicious. Thanks Seafest Hotel for the comfort stay for 3d2n.

We were travelling with kids ranging from 1.5 yo to grandparents of 70s. The rooms and facilities are well cared, clean and comfortable. The meals are lovely and has a good variety. I ended appreciating the inland resort as it is safer for kids to run around and easy access for elderly. The main purpose of our trip is to snorkel and enjoy the coast. Except for the 1.5yo, everyone went snorkelling in the open water. This resort has the most amazing coral reef just off its jetty. Having snorkel at various part of the island, we realised this resort somehow able to maintain a good coastal ecosystem that attracts lot of marine life..The snorkel and diving crew are amazing, caring and highly professional people. My 8yo encountered with an emergency whilst snorkelling in the open water. (Things happened in the wild.) We were very grateful for the decisive action of our first responder dive instructor, immediate organisation by the hotel manager to access medical care and the tireless company by our snorkelling guide throughout the medical transport and treatment process. We were well taken care by this great community. Our 8yo was back to her normal self that afternoon and insisted to continue with island hoping adventure the next day. Instead of discouraging us from taking to the trip, the resort has arranged additional crew members to accompany us the next day. Whilst the rest of the family snorkel, the additional crew spent time with my 8yo on the boat, entertaining her with tales of the sea. The level of service is truly amazing. Lastly, we were so lucky to witness the release of baby sea turtles into the sea. The resort has beaches preserve for turtles to nest. If you appreciate the marine ecosystem and the experience to be close to nature, I highly recommend Borneo Divers. We will be back for more snorkelling.

1. I booked this hotel to go diving in Sipadan. As a result, the customer service of Ctrip was very nice and the trip went smoothly! In this regard, I am very satisfied with this trip! Then the price is very beautiful. If it is set elsewhere, 4000 for two people can't run away. We add Sipadan, and Madagyung for a total of 6 dives, only 4000.
2. On the day of arrival, the reception staff of the hotel are very friendly, they are ready to welcome drink and lunch, and the room is ready after eating and drinking, and the checkin experience is also very good!
3. The room temperature is more comfortable with air-conditioning and electric fans. The bed is soft and the pillows are relatively high. There is an extra bed by the window. The bath water should be heated in advance, and the lighting group control is very 👍. Except for a little problem with the toilet, everything else is ok!
4. Meals, each meal has cold drinks, hot drinks, desserts, pastries, fruits, vegetables, beef and lamb, fish, rice, fried noodles, pasta, and salads. It's already great for me! The taste is not bad, you can also order other big meals to eat, the price of drinks is reasonable. It is a place to spend money to buy and enjoy.
5. The experience of diving, the biggest reward of coming here is to get to know a group of diving enthusiasts from all over the world. The hotel’s beaches are not care for anything, just for diving! **Environment:**
The resort is so amazing that I wish I could keep it a secret rather than share it with you. Located in the middle of the sea, with no other structures around, you can easily enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and the starry sky every day. During the daytime, you can participate in various water sports, and if you're lucky, you might spot a sea turtle at night.
**Food:**
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included when you book the hotel, so there’s no need to worry about meals. The resort offers seafood and local cuisine daily. Please note: Visitors should bring their own snacks and drinks before boarding the resort, as it only provides water, coffee, and tea.
**Facilities & Service:**
All the staff here will treat you kindly, even if there might be a language barrier (English is spoken here!). If you're afraid of swimming, the staff will accompany you while you're in the sea (life jackets are provided in each room). Each room also has a balcony with a lounge chair where you can relax, grab a beer, and do nothing but enjoy the soothing sea breeze.
You may not want to stay in the middle of nowhere like I did to escape from modern civilization, but I truly recommend staying at the resort for at least 2 nights. You'll definitely feel completely recharged!
Finally, I want to say that the view is so astonishing that I can hardly describe it with my limited English. You must visit this place yourself.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about fifteen minutes' drive from the town's pier. There is a shuttle bus available every day. The owner is very good at providing service and is always responsive. The only drawback is that there are bugs in the room that crawl onto the bed, which is understandable because there are woods nearby.

YyypcxcjpVery good, Ajie's service is very good in all aspects, patient and thoughtful, the deep diving photographer has good skills, I hope to go again next time. The hotel environment is very good, the tailing beach is really there, very beautiful, very natural, you can snorkel around the hotel, deep diving can see turtles and Nemo clown fish, it is highly recommended.

The hotel owner is very considerate and arranges pick-up from the pier. The mushroom house is very cute and the children like it very much. The night view is beautiful because of the lights. The hotel cats have also become children's toys, haha. It has a Super Mario theme, which is especially suitable for bringing children.

GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sky Water Villa in Semporna. The villa is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The king sized bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights under the stars. One of the highlights of the stay was the all-inclusive buffet dining, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The afternoon tea with snacks was a lovely touch, providing a perfect mid day treat after our island hopping and snorkeling or hiking. Free wifi available at the restaurant and lobby area.
The staff were exceptional, friendly and accomodating.
A standout feature was the free use of snorkeling equipment and life jackets. Although the area around the villa does not feature coral reefs, the sand bank during low tide is a unique experience. It's a perfect spot for a leisurely walk and to observe the stunning starfish scattered across the shallow water. During snorkeling, we also spotted some sea turtles, some colourful fish and even swordfish. The reef is only near the jetty area which is very deep and has strong current.
We had a relaxing and wonderful time living over the ocean with a touch of adventure. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserI don’t recommend choosing this hotel, the location is too remote. It is about 800 meters away from the lively area of the town and far away from convenience stores, laundries and restaurants, which is very inconvenient. Most dive shops are at the pier, about 1.2km away. It's not very far to walk there, but there are no sidewalks on the road and there are a lot of cars, so you have to walk in the mud next to the road, which makes it very dirty. There are also a lot of mosquitoes on the road.
The store has a car delivered to the pier every day, but the time and location are fixed. The dive shop I chose is not at the pier, so I didn't use it. I have seen several other hotels with similar prices before, some of which are more conveniently located and have in-room toilets.
The bathroom and toilet are shared and it is not convenient to go to the toilet at night. The toilet is quite dirty. The dirt on the toilet seat is so serious that it cannot be wiped off with paper towels. At the same time, there are many mosquitoes when going to the toilet. The water pressure in the shower is also very low, and there is no cold water if there are other people taking a shower nearby.
There is only one bed in the room and no other facilities. The hygiene situation is okay and the bed is relatively clean. There is a small balcony, but the balcony door is broken and cannot be opened. The only thing worth mentioning is that the bed is very comfortable, it seems to be a latex mattress.
In addition, my room was close to the outside and the window faced the road. People passing by the bus can see directly inside, and the noise is very loud. Every night I wear noise-canceling headphones to fall asleep.

Jjohn12193 bedrooms are available, 4 double beds and 1 single bed; can accommodate 7 people, the air conditioner and water heater are normal, the front desk will give you the air conditioner when you check in (deposit 100), and it will be refunded when you check out. Downstairs is the restaurant, and there are resident singers at night (until around 11 p.m.), which is a bit noisy. The microwave, oven, and water dispenser in the room can be used; the Gree air conditioner is very powerful? Will not feel hot. Yantai is very big, you can directly see the scenery downstairs, don't smoke in the room, you can smoke in Yantai. Fat Ma's seafood is so-so. It takes a few minutes to walk to Nanhai Fishing Village, where the price is very high. There will be a queue at mealtime. Note: the door of the hotel apartment is on the right side of Zhan Quanji by the sea. There are a bunch of children at the door who will help you carry things and ask for tips. Unless you really can’t carry them, don’t give a penny, because there will be a bunch of people around. In addition, the possibility of late check-out is not high.

Service: The hotel's arrangements are in place and they can help you solve any problems you have. We booked a charter boat for snorkeling for two people. The instructor is also very professional and will dive to the bottom of the sea to help you catch the fish from the bottom of the sea.
Facilities: As soon as I entered the room, I couldn't wait to experience the slide. At first, I was worried that I would sink into the sea if I slid down. There are life jackets at the front desk, so there is no need to worry.
Free dinner: The dishes are very rich, the chicken is very tender, the crabs are also very fresh, there is crab roe in it, you can’t get enough of the shrimps

GGuest UserBooked this Inn2 because I couldn’t see any commitments on Sipadan Inn 3 or 1. It was okay for overnight. The first time I stayed there, it was a normal small room with window facing the street. However, when I checked in again a week later I got a room in the middle without window, even though I booked the same queen room. The location is not great, Inn 3 and 1 are at better spots in the small seafront town, easier to reach than Inn 2. Among the three, Inn 3 is the newest and, after a visit, I noticed it has better rooms with better facilities. Had WiFi in room at Inn 2, the bed was very basic and sheets not crispy clean, the shower was okay as well as the air conditioning. Semporna is a tiny town with most places within walking distance, though the narrow, car-lined streets are not that clean or tidy to walk through, especially if you carry luggage. From what I heard from other travelers, very basic facilities wherever you stay, so lower your expectations then probably all good.
