I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Semporna! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view from my room. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the jetty and nearby eateries. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and warm hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel.

It takes about 20 minutes to get there from the pier. You can go directly into the sea from the room. The water is very clear. You can see the sea as soon as you open the French window. You can also see starfish and fish around the water house, and small crabs on the wooden stairs. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included, and there are afternoon tea snacks in the afternoon. There are seafood, crabs, squids, shrimps and some blanched vegetables every night. The stay experience is not bad. Since it happened to be Christmas, I also caught up with the hotel's fireworks celebration! It is recommended to order deep diving directly from the store. The accompanying crew not only has good photography skills, but also gives deep diving photos and videos! ! Love it!

About check-in and reception: After the shuttle arrives, the staff will take you to the reception desk, and you can quickly get the key to your room and check in directly. It only takes more than 20 minutes from the town to the resort. It is more friendly to me, because if you sit for too long, your ears will really buzz. I don’t think I have ever written a review of a hotel. I returned home from Semporna after a transfer in the middle of the night, but my heart was still in the water house in Semporna. It was my first time to Malaysia. I saw that this water villa was new and had high ratings, so I booked it with the mentality of giving it a try. The result was really beyond my expectations. The thoughtful arrangements made by the Chinese butler, the clean yacht for pick-up and drop-off, and the warm and honest black people all made our anxiety turn into peace of mind. Along the way, everyone was amazed by the jelly-like ocean, the clearly visible starfish, and the various small fishes everywhere. The clean rooms, the quiet environment with only six rooms, the fresh and hygienic dishes, the fun of being able to go down from the public area to play in the water and catch crabs at any time, the simple black people who took close care of us while diving and took us to visit the Bajau people, all left our family with a good impression of Semporna and even Malaysia. Because the sun is too strong and the lighting for taking pictures is not good, let the beautiful scenery be recorded in your eyes and heart. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when you go to Semporna. It's such a great experience.

I am a family of three, and I brought two little girls from my relatives. I booked a standard room and a triple room. The triple room is actually the kind with an extra bed. The price is more than 4,500 per night, which is actually a bit expensive, but there was no way to communicate when booking, so I had to book it this way. From email communication to airport pick-up to the final airport drop-off, it was actually very smooth, which shows that the tourism service of this route is very mature. If Chinese people want to travel to the island of Semporna, they can rest assured. It takes less than an hour by boat from Semporna Pier. After arriving, we are taken to the restaurant for lunch. There are not many varieties of three meals a day, and they are relatively simple. The service staff are very friendly. Outside the wall of the standard room we stayed in is the house of local residents. As long as you stand on the plank road from the pier to the hotel for a while, there will be local people rowing boats to sell seafood and coconuts to sell. Many Chinese tourists will buy seafood to the restaurant for processing. It is very interesting to bargain, which is also an experience. There are also local children playing on the beach, but some will ask tourists for money, and some are very simple. I bravely entered the village and walked around. It was really dirty and smelly, haha! There are also very famous water houses on the island, but they are not together with this resort. You have to walk a little bit, and there is a fee to enter. Let's talk about the sea next to the resort. It is really beautiful. Although the beach is very dirty and there are all kinds of garbage, the sea is really beautiful. You can see the clear bottom by the beach. There are starfish, corals, various small fish, and a veritable jelly sea. We did not sign up for a sea tour to other places. We asked and it was about 65 Malaysian ringgits per person. We stayed for 2 days. We snorkeled at the pier of the resort. The staff was very good. We said we wanted to see turtles, so we dragged a lifebuoy to take us to the place where we could see sea ghosts (actually the water house). To be honest, the quality of tourism practitioners is much better than that of our country. If you don't have high requirements, or are a beginner snorkeler, snorkeling at the pier is actually enough. It doesn't matter if you can't swim. Life jackets, lifebuoys, and responsible staff will satisfy your yearning for colorful underwater time.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was suitable for a family and for those who prefer to relax. The view from our room was fascinating and breathtaking. Their food is super tasty. We only need 5 to 10 minutes to access food places and a trip package to Pasar Semporna. We will book this hotel again once we come back to Semporna.

The location is very good. Next door is the Chinese Seafood Kitchen, which is opened by people from Northeast China, but the taste is that of Guangdong. The seafood is delicious, and I ate mantis shrimps as long as my arm. The hotel itself has breakfast, but it is just a very ordinary one. I can only say that it is enough to fill me up. The service is good. I was allowed to store my luggage when I came back after 2 days on the island.

The boss is Chinese and the service staff can communicate without any obstacles. The girl at the front desk is very nice and speaks fluent Chinese. Although the room is not big, it is very clean and tidy. Everything is very new. The staff of the whole hotel are very nice. The hotel has a washing machine. I forgot to dry the washed clothes. They saw it and helped me dry them very neatly.

There are many types of breakfast and the juice is delicious In short, it feels perfect, there is nothing to complain about. The only regret is that I only stayed for one night. If I come again next time, I will stay in Mr. Bean for ten days!!!

Upon arrival at the Water Bungalow, I was welcomed with a welcome drink and a brief introduction and orientation of the facilities and the amenities was given by Jasni. Loved the spacious room and the stay was very comfortable. Sea nomads come by daily and offer coconuts and fresh seafood. If you are willing to buy they will be very happy; if you are not keen, just decline politely and they will leave you alone. Meals here were great, there was a variety of mains, fruits and desserts available. The compound is also very beautiful and the view is breathtaking at every corner. Indeed more expensive, but you are paying for the resort being in one of the best locations. They also provide diving and snorkelling services. The Water Bungalow Housereef is a divers heaven and it has many interesting pelagic animals to see. Truly loved my stay here and I believe I will be back.
